This the worst company, I cancel a policy which I have paid in ******* dollars. I have cancelled my policy and now they will not refund me my money. They have robbed me of ******* dollars and my so called agent who is horrible *********************** will not give me money back at all. Ive seen all the horrible reviews and lawsuits against them. If I wouldve know this information I would have never went with them. They are a scheme artist. All I want is my ******* dollars back that they stole from me.Business response

I submit a claim and only gets one check reimburse. I called customer service and they not able to transfer the call to the supervisor. I was put on hold for 50 minutes and the agent kept on telling me their no available supervisor with you like a call back. ******** service agent not willing to assist. The first agent I spoke with put me on hold and disconnected the call.Business response

We are unable to determine if the individual is a customer of the ******************** based on the information received and, as such, are unable to provide a response. We have requested additional detail from the individual. Should they respond and provide that detail, we will be responding directly to the complainant, due to privacy regulations and our own internal privacy policies.
