    In the summer of 2022, we travelled from ************* to the *** Showroom in ******* to meet with Sales Associate ******************************* in-person, to select the cabinet color, off-white, and the cabinet design for our new ********** house build. Choosing the white color was the very first thing we did on the way to the meeting room which was in the back of the showroom. We were 100% committed to the white. Following that appointment, there was nothing further that anyone asked us to confirm regarding the cabinet color. As standard protocol for a company, I would expect the sales associate to document our color choice during the in-person appointment and confirm this with the us. *** then sent us the wrong cabinet color- Shaker Grey. We emailed with ******* from *** to please have this resolved and we're not successful. We then escalated to her manager ****** who agreed with our situation and suggested the repainting option. She said she would discuss this with her manager **** ****. We then received a follow-up call from the owner, **** ****, who ultimately decided he would not help to rectify this mistake and it would be our own expense to repaint or fix this. We are extremely disappointed by the lack of integrity, unprofessionalism and poor customer service of ***.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.
