Deposits are taken to hold date and time of party. Deposit is refunded in full with a 48 hour notice/cancellation of party. If a piece of painted pottery is broken during the firing process or while being returned back to the customer, the per painter price is refunded in full. No refunds are made if a piece of pottery is broken, chipped or cracked after Let's Paint returns the piece to the customer. - Business Categories
