      When I found out that their tech made a silly error installing the bindings on my skis, I reached out to their customer service. Since it's been a while post sale, I had low expectations for a satisfactory resolution. Surprisingly, ******************* was very responsive and reasonable, who helped me effectively resolved the issue at their cost. Mistakes happen, but what distinguishes great businesses is that they always take the responsibility to correct them with no excuses. From my experience, ************* is one of them who are in for the long run. I would not hesitate to recommend them or purchase from them again.
