When I found out that their tech made a silly error installing the bindings on my skis, I reached out to their customer service. Since it's been a while post sale, I had low expectations for a satisfactory resolution. Surprisingly, ******************* was very responsive and reasonable, who helped me effectively resolved the issue at their cost. Mistakes happen, but what distinguishes great businesses is that they always take the responsibility to correct them with no excuses. From my experience, ************* is one of them who are in for the long run. I would not hesitate to recommend them or purchase from them again.Review from Evan Y

Purchased some skis online from this shop. They delaminated under foot so I contacted them to file a warranty claim. The first few emails they responded but after that they refused to reply or call me back. Then they stated that I damaged them so the warranty claim was denied. Even after I provided photos that clearly showed that was not the case. I even offered to ship the skis for inspection at my cost. No response. When I asked for a case reference number for the manufacturer, no response. Elan doesnt even seem to have any record of my claim when I contacted them.Ive never had such poor service in this industry. Avoid at all costs.I never write online reviews but the disrespect by this company is deep so I felt compelled to write. It is one thing to get a claim denied (which is upsetting itself), but to be treated this poorly during the process is completely infuriating.
