    I purchased a Pickup Truck from Progressive Auto Sales in ************* at the end of February. I agreed to a loan contract of $22,000 and traded my car a Kia ****** ($3500) with the purchase. On April 12th the truck broke down with engine problems, I then had to have the truck towed back to the dealership with myself paying for the Tow. When I called them and told them it was being brought back there they first off did not like the idea and explained they were all booked up with other customers but they said they would look at it. It has now been there for a Month and when i talked with them last week they indicated it was torn apart but they weren't able to get a part out of it or something and didn't know if it could be fixed or any type of answer I had. They also will not give me a loaner car as the truck was my only transportation (I have to drive my wife's car now who has been missing all kinds of important appointments because of this.) I believe I had a 60 day warranty on the truck which this would fall under that time frame. I just really don't know what to do right now as we have small children and leaving my wife without transportation because I have to work is not good if there was an emergency or something for that matter, Basically i am paying on a truck that I have not seeing or driven for a month. This has caused un needed stress for me and my family and I have expressed this to them with no understanding on there part. I just really want to know my options here as I can not go any longer without transportation.

    this company has Fraud sales and shifty owner Doesnt stand by the sales they do -- SO (short version of the whole story cause there is a lot more than this) -- In less than 16 miles out of the ""dealership"" (if thats what you can call them) - The dash lights up with just about every light you can think of -- Engine light included I took it back the next day- they ""checked and CLEARED"" the codes...(like that fixes the issues) -- fast forward to this Monday-- The breaks locked up caliper was basically frozen and half falling off and the car would not back up or move - WITH MY KID IN THE *** STRANDED!!! - Took it to my amazing mechanic and he fixed it (where it will be going back to for a FULL workover now)-- took it back to the dealer to see what they were still going to do about the engine light -- oooh ohhh """we dont like unhappy customers""" per the ***** get it in and we will check it all over -- yeah right all talk when he is in front of you -- so I left it with them today thinking well maybe they will stand behind their sales -- yeah NO -- they put the code reading on it and told me what it said -- THATS IT-- will not fix it will not reimburse me for getting me stranded and the parts i had to put into it.. (per the "office ******** ************* that is all the owner authorized them to do -- they had the car from 9am to 4:15pm ****.HE LIED right to my face that he would "make it right"... Never have I ever been sooo frustrated in my life.. I would love to know how you get an inspection sticker on a car that has all these things wrong with it?? (clear the codes and slap a new inspection sticker on it and wash it so its pretty - pretend its in great shape to sell it --what kind of ***** is that (there is also a recall on this vehicle that states it could cause bodily and possibly death if not taken care of)) ***** ya know normal everyday people couldnt get a sticker if they tried!! So If anyone is looking for a car I wouldnt go to the place I bought this one****
