      In March 2022, I paid ************************* $8,500 upfront for a roofing job. Throughout the course of 2022, there were numerous excuses as to why the work could not be completed that month due to weather, labor shortage, equipment breakdowns, etc... This went on through early 2023 when he finally showed up to do the work but wanted additional funds because his material costs had gone up. I informed him that we had a signed contract for a fixed price and any increases in materials costs due to delay were solely on him. I gave him two options: complete the job for the contract amount or return the deposit. As of now, he has done neither and I have handed the matter over to the police.

      On August 28, 2022, we signed a Contract to have our roof replaced with *************************. We paid $16,000.00 as a deposit on that Agreement. He was to start as soon as possible. After giving him a deposit and before he was to start work, he became less available and started not showing up for meetings. He lied that he purchased materials for the roof . I called local suppliers and turned out he never ordered roof materials. He turned off his phone completely at this point. After a month of this, around the end of September, I asked for my deposit back via ******** messenger (after finding him online). After a while, I got $1,000 back, and ***** completely ghosted me. I havent from him at all since Nov. 6, 2022.He never intended to do the work. There were a lot of lies and BS. Stay away from this person. He is there to commit fraud, take your money and hide. It is unfortunate that **************** did not protect me and my family in this case , when this person (who call himself contractor) fit every chapter of Home Improvement Fraud. He must go to jail.

      I hired ************************* and his company to replace my roof on my mobile home on 6/9/22. I paid him half upfront to start. On 6/17/22 I paid him in full without it being finished because he said that he didn't have enough supplies to finish the job and to do his payroll. I also,needed him to finish the job. I gave $200 him cash above our contract because he said that he needed MORE supplies. Later in the summer our bathroom ceiling started leaking and ***** never responded to any communication.Now our new addition has water pouring in, the ceiling is ruined, probably a new floor, and paint job will be needed too.*************************/Northern Tier Standing Seam would not speak with my fiance or I until she posted a bad review on ********* He removed flashing without replacing it, our vent pipes are on wrong, all I want is his insurance information or for him to pay for our roof to be replaced by someone of our choosing. We've had 2 other roofing companies up there and they are SHOCKED BY THE *****
