            About three weeks ago I called faiths to schedule an appointment to have my transmission looked at. A window replaced and to address an open recall. We never got a phone call to be told anything about the status. After speaking several times with a bunch of service employees. We have been told a number of different dates that they would be ready to diagnose the 2019 **** explorer. Every phone call has been a nightmare since. They didnt look at the open recall. They never returned a phone call to give a quote on the window replacement. And then after about three weeks they decide to ask us to pick the fore up without anything done. Oh also they went from a week to diag to two weeks to a month. To now they dont have time. Come get it. Knowing that it doesnt run. Also we went and looked at It. The vehicle looks like faiths left it unlocked and invited People to throw trash in it and it has a new urine smell. I noticed now the 1/5 star rating. Wish they never answered the phone. I asked that since they didnt touch anything on it. That they have it towed somewhere at their expense. And to tell me about the recall and how much I owe for the window. Its nice to be laughed at. Terrible business practice.

            What an awful experience, with this dealership. Their sales manager *****, is a lying POS! (Sorry, no other way to put it)! I was called about the truck I had been waiting 2 months for, that finally came in. In the midst of finalizing the deal, they sold the truck out from under me! I have never been treated this way before, such an unethical and unprofessional way to do business. Once they did this, my wife went to the dealership, and spoke with *****, who had already hung up on her. Clearly she was not happy with what they did, and ***** wanted to blame us! This company allowed this man to get in my wifes face and point his fingers in her face, unbelievable! It is quite sickening that this behavior is allowed from a man that is a manager at this place, and they dont even blink an eye! Tells you a lot about how this place is run!***** claims I was asked to put a deposit on the truck, which never happened! I have all documentation of our dealings and it was never mentioned. Why would I refuse to put a deposit on a vehicle I just waited almost 2 months to arrive?????? Please explain *****??????I will say that the owner, did speak with my wife for a few minutes, after everyone there refuse to give her his number. Thankfully he showed up before she left. Nothing was settled tho, so situation was never fixed unfortunately, so they will continue to do the same thing to others! I will make sure everyone I know and can tell, how this place operates and allows their employees to treat people.
