    ***** lowery is a VERY DISHONEST contractor and takes advantages of people. He rebuild my deck for me. In the quote he charged me for all the wood he was using on it. But when he got to the frame of it, He said it was still good and would use it. But he NEVER took off for the cost of the wood he NEVER used for the frame !!!!! Then he tells us that he would be back the following year to sand and stain the deck for us, which was included in the job. Well he refused to do that part of the job. He now said it wasn't included in the job, just he recommended to have it done. What a liar he is !!!! I paid him $28,000.00 for replace my 20 x 12 deck. My advice to EVERYONE IS NEVER have him do anything for you. I know I will NEVER have him. If you do, get everything in writing wheathers it's small or big. This way he can't take advantaged of you. !!!!

    A very dishonest contractor that takes advantage of their customers, perform mediocre work that I had to redo myself, and skips over repairs that were included in the quote. Worst of all is the overcharging. I fired Lowery Solutions well before the project was complete once I figured out I was being grossly taken advantage of. I have the video and documented evidence to prove all of these accusations. I absolutely do not recommend Lowery Solutions LLC.

    Hi Will thank you for your review and I want to start by Saying that your project was Time and Materials there was never a quote or contract for your project. my teaming and I had fixed all of the issues that you and I discussed when we meet last fall 8/9/2022 at 3:30pm. I would also like to say if there was an issue with my or my teams work we would have taken the time to come back and redo it if it was such an issue but you never contacted us. I also have picture of the completed work that you had hired us to do. You being the home owner if there was an issue you should have held back payment until the problems were taken care of. As I went back through emails Once again your Project was ******* and the areas that were discussed were repaired correctly and approved by you before making payment to my business. Again if you didn't like the numbers that I had given you for ******* you didn't have to hire me and my team. Also there was no firing due to the fact that you and I could not come to an agreement on a number to do the rest of the work that you want to complete. I had given you quote just for the windows and the payment that I received went to the supplier that you had chosen to go with. your product was ordered and you received the product that you had requested. yes there was a lot of phone calls that were not answered by yourself so your window order could of been delivered sooner to you. There was absolutely no over charging you, got charged accurately to your project needs. you tried adding more work over what we had discussed prior and unfortunately we weren't able to fit it in our schedule..

    More lies and gaslighting. The only thing true in this response is that I finally received my windows, but not after Lowery Solutions LLC took my money and didn't pay the window supplier for 4 months, meaning my windows got held hostage until he paid his bills.

    If I could, I would give him a minus 10. He put the shingles on crooked, did not finish the job despite being paid in full by our insurance. We have sued him in meditation and he promised he would fix what he didnt finish, Lowery solutions did not, we sued him in small court we won, he has not paid. NOT A CONTRACTOR TO EVER HIRE
