On July 16, 2024 we placed a for $2,399.76 plus tax $199.76 (can provide proof of receipt on email). We were purchasing: Signage for work vehicles and trucks: 4 sets of truck doors, Upper truck body and Dibond signage. We did not receive the upper truck body which was a huge part of this order and the Dibond signage were cut very sloppy and the size was smaller, than we agreed on. There were so many problems scheduling with this company. They didn't put the signs on the truck until August, as they were very challenging to schedule with. I have been trying to contact them since August 2024 to try and get this resolved and they will not respond.

I paid $6000.00+tax= $6534.00 to this company to get 2 signs for my business. When I first talked with ******************* from Coastline Sign & Design, I asked if they could make the signs, install, and put external lights for both signs. He said yes, I emphasized him the importance that the electrical work would have for the signs and he agreed. This man assured me that they would do the installation and electrical work as well. Everything would be included in the price, which he told me was $6 thousand. But the day they installed the sign, he informed me that the electrical work would be done later. He didn't say when. It's been almost 4 months since the contract was made and he just informed me a few days ago that he won't be able to do the electrical work because his electrician got sick. So, I proposed to him that I would look for an electricity company to finish the work, but he has to return me the money that they are going to charge me, which is $1400.00. He sent me a text saying that would work. "that'll work and I will get it back to you as soon as possible". But that was the last message that he answered me because now he does not answer me, neither the calls nor the messages. Nor have I been able to find him every time I go to their workshop to look for him, they always tell me that he is not available. He knows I need the job done by the end of the month, but he just won't get back to me. My mistake was having paid 100% for the work without having finished it. But I believed him, the way this man spoke to me gave me a lot of confidence. He assured me that they would do everything and that my signs would have the external lights that I emphasized him a lot before I paid and many other things that made me trust him, that was why I paid him in full, now I regret it. Now, I only ask that he returns the $1400 to me. I sent him an email with the copy of the contract of this electricity company that would end up doing what he has confirmed Coastline will not.
