We would love to resolve your complaint with this issue, but I want to make sure that I understand what your complaint is about.
If I remember correctly, an appliance repair company came out to check your dishwasher and told you that there was something wrong with the electrical going to it.
Mr Electric sent a licensed electrician to your home, he verified that there was in fact power to the dishwasher, opened your electrical panel to make sure that there were no loose connections in the panel, checked the power at the main distribution for the building, and could not find anything wrong.
He did a Free Safety Check while he was there, and then we contacted the appliance repair to facilitate a refund for you. The *** report shows that the electrician was at your home for almost 2.5 hours plus his drive time to get to your location.
You had approved the original price that we had given to you, however, later complained so we gave you a $400 refund... I am sorry that this accommodation did not satisfy you.
If you call me to explain why you feel that we should send a licensed electrician to your home without any charge to you, I will be happy to refund the remaining amount to you.
