    The manager and staff are racist people, she became frustrated when I asked her questions, she then began to be condescending towards me as if I could not afford to take care of my pet. I asked her how long does a physical exam last because she was trying to double charge me. I asked to speak to the doctor to get clarified answers to my questions. She refused to provide her name and management/corporate/owner information. She then hung the phone up on me. I called back and her other coworker answered the phone whispering and playing as if she could not hear me. I repeated myself and her response was, what did you say and then hung the phone up. I then traveled to the hospital with my pet to talk to the doctor directly and addressed them on their unprofessional behavior. The manager came out the back room and said they were not going to help me and for me to leave and threatened to call the police. These people are racist, rude, inappropriate and unprofessional. This is not the first time experiencing the managers discriminating behavior towards me.
