    I purchased products from this company online. When they sent the products to me and I received them, they weren't the same item I had purchased. I contacted them and they asked me to return them, and they would refund my money. When I returned them, they never refunded my money and never responded to my calls.

    ORDER #****** Amount $67.70 D.O.P January ****** I have contacted ************************ seven times about this order. I placed this order on January 6, 2025 and still have not received it. The date today is January 21, 2025. Ive contacted them multiple times, with the past four emails being unanswered and unattended to. Could you please help me with the resolution of a full refund to this matter? I really appreciate your time, effort, and understanding. Have a blessed day.

    My daughter and I split an order, her products came in fine butI received things I did NOT order. I want to return the items. Their policy states the customer must pay for shipping which is fair if I just decided I did not want the items but I did not order the flavor they sent, they took it upon themselves to substitute another flavor. Their policy also states the customer needs to email them for an address to send their product back. I have emailed them 5 times of which 2 came back wrong domain I have not received a response for the ones that did go through. Number 1 I dont think it should be my responsibility to pay shipping. Number 2 How am I supposed to even arrange a return when I am not hearing back from the company. There is no phone number. At this point I would be willing to pay for shipping if I would just hear back from them!!! I think it is an awful way to do business. They should not post inventory on their site if they no longer have it. If they want to substitute they should contact the customer before they TAKE THE MONEY and send someone you never wanted then PUT A CUSTOMER THROUGH H*** WHEN THEY TRY TO RETURN IT!!

    The product i ordered from them was returned to them by the delivery service for "Insufficient Address". Instead of waiting for an aditional 15 days for them to recieve and re ship the product, I simply asked for a refund.They responded and stated they wouldnt give me a full refund unless i sent proof of address, something like a Utility bill.I responded and told them that i was not comfortable sending a stranger a copy of my personal information.... I have lived in this address for 20 some odd years and have never had this issue.A simple ****** search is all it takes to see that the address i entered is in fact a real address.I just want my money back in Full.Thank you for your help.

    I placed an order for 2 different products. When the package arrived, both seals were broken on the bottles and one of the boxes was damaged. One of the products I received had a different name than what I ordered and what is posted on the website currently. I sent an email with my complaints and requested to have the correct item shipped to me. I received a reply claiming that the manufacturer changed the name of their product and then they requested I send my entire order back for a refund instead of honoring my request. This company also charges $10 for **** delivery. My first order came via **** within 3 days, but on the last order, they used DHL instead and therefore the shipping took longer and was cheaper. This company needs to stop misleading their customers.
