    I had maintenance in December on furnace and gas fireplace that cost close to $400. I do not use the fireplace that often and when I did use it the flame including pilot light went out. I called absolute since they just did maintenance 2 months prior and was notified their work was guaranteed for 30 days. When ******** arrived said It never stop working while he was there also checked my furnace filter for no reason. Before he left he said I should leave one wall switch on at all times, different than what the builder told me. Nothing was looked at to see if anything was worn out or needed replaced. I ************** again when fireplace went out again and they asked me to take a picture and I would be charged for the next visit.
