- Sound Oxygen Service will issue credit for any item in it's original packaging which is unopened, and undamaged, within 30 days of the invoice date. Please contact the branch that dispensed the item(s) or in the case of a resupply order, please contact our Resupply department at [email protected] or you can contact them at 253-939-2752 ext. 9951. We will either issue you a delivery ticket to return your unwanted supplies or you can return them to your closest, local branch.
