On Thursday, 06/22/2023, I purchased a Cartoon *** Set of a show called: "My Favorite Martians" for $26.90 from RewatchClassicTV.com.The show has a total of 16 episodes that they claimed came on a 3-Disc Set. When it got mailed to me, it was Two Discs, and a total of only 11 Episodes, which is 5 episodes short of the full 16 episodes I believed to have purchased.So I emailed them to have it corrected, it is their Order Number ****, and here is how the emails went back and forth:Their Response after I explained what happened:"Hi ***********************, I mistakenly sent you a copy of our old set. So sorry about that. I will get a new set out to you tomorrow. Thanks for letting me know.********* leads me to believe that they sent the replacement *** set out on Tuesday June 27th, because I emailed them on Wednesday June 26th, so on June 27th I emailed them to thank them for sending me the correct set, and this is the reply that they sent me back:Hi *******,My pleasure to get you the correct set. It was totally my oversight.I will be working on getting more classic animated series added to the website in the near future. So...stay tooned!I really appreciate you and I sincerely thank you for all of your orders.********* low and behold, I never received the correct *** Set in the mail. I even mailed them a letter through the post office, and I have not received any correspondence, through email or any other form of communication. Also to make matters worse, they do not even list the *** set on their website anymore.I am now at a point where I would simply like a refund for what I paid for the set. They required me to pay them by getting them an Amazon Gift Card for the amount of the *** Set that I purchased, and if they want to refund me with an Amazon Gift Card, that would be fine.
