    I ordered an electric lawn mower from Shonival on July 9th 2022. Tried calling their phone number after a month to check on the order status. Their phone number is disconnected. sent an e-mail to again check on order status. No reply after a month. If these folks don't have the product then I would like a refund to purchase from somewhere else. thank you **************

    I tried to make a purchase on the website and some foreign country try to charge my account which I have a block on. Then I received the email saying it was shipped with a tracking number which showed ** in Georgia. The dress they show on the package was for an address that don't exist. I tried calling them and their phone number has been disconnected. This website is definitely a scam especially when your money is being sent overseas.

    Do not buy anything from this site. Stole money from elderly person buying a bicycle. Says they take payment with PayPal as well. Will complain to them. Gave tracking number but sent item to a ********** address **** miles away. If that is even true. Fake shipping details. Phone number is disconnected. Site still selling items. If you are looking here you probably have been scammed.     I ordered the tools (ONE+ 18 V Cordless 12-Tool Combo Kit with 3 Batteries and Charger) from SHONIVAL website on 07/11/2022.I got a confirmation email from services of another email address, and it mentioned the email "send from services of SHONIVAL".I also got another email, and was told that my payment was received and the items will ship in 3-5 working days, and ***** days after shipment I can get my order. I got another email from them, and was told that the order has been shipped out with a tracking number.After 25 days since my order date, I haven't received my order. I checked my order delivery status using the tracking number, and found the item was shipped to a wrong address of another state. I sent email to them on 08/18/2022, and told them that the mailing address is wrong for my order.I haven't gotten any response yet for the email about the wrong address. I also tried to contact them, but their phone number is not in the service.

    SCAM OPERATION. The address and phone number are not the business. They'll send you a confirmation number but will not answer emails or request for service. AVOID THIS (NON) BUSINESS. CAVEAT EMPTOR.

    Ordered an item from shonival.com (which is a scam site), received order confirmation email from help@support . ******.top. My bank statement showed the same amount charged to lenoffer.com (which is another scam website). Called phone number listed on shonival.com site - it is disconnected. Called phone number listed on lenoffer.com site - it belongs to a residence, not a company. Received tracking number for my purchase from shonival.com. Tracked my shipment from ***** to US, then to a state a thousand miles from me, and finally out for delivery in that state.Never buy from this site, never give this site your information, never expect to receive the item you purchased, or your money back. Just another scam. Shut this garbage down.

    Not even 1 star this company sold me a mower seat paid for it got shipping info I live in ******* it was sent to ***** can't get anyone to respond phone message or email, this company is a scam!!!!!!!!! Should be called. scam#shonival.com would not reccomend

    This company does not even deserve one star. I purchased 3 larger items from this company as gifts for my children. I received a confirmation of payment indicating that additional information would be provided regarding shipping and tracking. I understand that production and shipping have been impacted by the pandemic. It has been over 3 months and I have not received any information regarding the shipment of the products ordered. I have made multiple attempts, emailing and failed phone contacts to the Company. There is no response via e-mail and the number has been disconnected. From my experience, this is not a legitimate company. It is a company that scams people out of their hard-earned money. As consumers, we deserve businesses that maintain a foundation of integrity.
