    I purchased this device; it took about a month to actually ship to me. I then paid for installation and the device would not work (nor could my car even start). I called for tech support, was treated poorly, was told that this was my fault for having it installed on a Saturday. I was completely stranded and then had to pay for uninstallation of the device just to get home. The customer service is beyond horrible. I want a reimbursement for all costs including the installation and uninstallation.

    I am sorry to hear about your experience and will do everything I can to help address your concerns. The system took longer than expected due to high demand and a supply chain shortage. Also, there was several shipping delays that were out of our control. After reviewing the order details, It looks like we did answer your calls and emails to advise you that there would be a delay in receiving the product. When it comes to the installation of the system. We have a network of preferred installers who are trained on how to properly install the system. After reviewing your order details, you had a local service provider install the system incorrectly. We are happy to provide a full refund to try and make this up to you. We ask that you also include ************************ with your BBB complaint because if they properly followed the installation instructions the system would have performed and worked as expected. I am sorry about the inconvenience and hope that you see that we are doing everything possible to help address your concerns.

    I am rejecting this response because:

     

    They picked the company for me, they set up the installation process.  I was told that it was me, not ************************.  I have sent the device back but have not been compensated for the device or the installation and then un-installation.  They then stopped responding to my emails.
