1 starIf I could give ZERO stars, I would! I visited the kiosk located inside of the ******************* in ***********. I specifically counted out $130 in quarters/dimes/******* at home. Placed the change in a sealed container & drove to the store. Once in the parking lot, I decided to add the loose change from my cars cup holder to the container. Adding an estimated additional $5. I emptied the container into the coin counter tray. The machine counted over $130 as only being $120.26!! Then had the nerve to charge $16.10 in fees! I went to customer service to file a **************** gave me the ***** number for CoinStar. I immediately called them. Got a man who spoke very poor ************ had a hard time understanding what I was saying due to his language barrier. I asked for a supervisor & the man got nasty with me; said there is none available & that one would call me back & hung up! No one has called me back! These machines are a total rip off & should be illegal to be in business! I want my money back! You stole around $15 from me! *****************Review fromM. C.

I visited a kiosk at Festival Foods in ********* this week and used the Coinstar as I have in the past. I confirmed the outside of the machine indicated that they still have no few gift-card options that Ive used before. I began putting in my coins and realized it showed only half the value showing up. I decided to stop to make sure I could get the giftcard and it was only showing the cash options with the huge fee. I went to the service desk and she told me I must have not selected the right thing. She looked and there is not a no free giftcard option anymore so I was screwed. I have called Coinstar twice since theres no way to email them, and asked for a supervisor to call me. Never a return call! Terrible customer service. Stay away and just spend your change instead of giving it to this company!Coinstar, LLC

1 starThanks for stealing my money , in total ***** dollars ?? and I took an ********* card ! I put the receipt on my pocket and then I washed my clothes. The receipt was destroyed. I called many times and the representative are very rude and the answer is the same : they cant do anything. I cant understand why if you have my email and the email is related to the deposit and the receipt. I told them the date of the deposit . I will recommend to everyone to take a picture of your deposit and receipt. This is the only way to prevent the stealing. I will report all of this company is doing to the people . They know perfectly that the ********* card is not used and the money will never go to ********* . Accidents can happen and if the receipt is not used and company have all the information with my email so why they cant give me my money back. I read the comments of all the people who lost the receipt and they said they cant do anything! Imagine all the people that looses their receipts and the thousands of dollars that this company is stealing around the world. I filled all the information. So you know that the receipt was never used . When someone puts money in your machine you have to sent an email to the costumer with the copy of the receipt. But you do not send the email because if someone looses their receipts they will provide the proof showing the email. And the companys does not have the opportunity to steal money.Review fromBrian W

1 starThese people are involved in enabling some of the biggest "virtual currency" scams going. They will take your cash and give it to someone else and then claim they no longer have your money. Even though is was cash and is now sitting in their bank account. They just wash their hands of you and tell you that you will get nothing back!!! Stay away from these people!!Review fromTamessia N

They took my money and will not give it back. I put my money in their machine a ticket printed out I took it to the cahier at ******* and it keeps saying their system is down and try later. I have talked with customer service they keep saying have them try it and put the letter C in front of the ticket number. ******* manager told them they do not have a keyboard to press the letter C. It's day 2 dealing with this, this is ridiculous people work hard for their money and yall just take it.Coinstar, LLC

I was issued a $46.30 ********* voucher and used all but $19. When I went to use it again, most of the ink faded which made it impossible to use. Coin star refused to refund me without the date of transaction or the voucher number. How is that possible if the information faded off the voucher?Coinstar, LLC

So disappointed and feel like it was a scam I counted out all my change and even wrapped all the coins to make sure I counted correctly and coin sorters.. then emptied it all into a ziplock bag before taking it to the coinstar kiosk so I know exactly how much change I had so the coin sorter is off and not accurate because it was $20 short of what I had was supposed to get back not happy so the no fees thing is a lie and a scamCoinstar, LLC
