I ordered the Nikos Knife 11/25/2022 for $76.95. The knife I received on 12/22/2022 was not a Nikos Knife but an XYJ **** knife which was not the product I ordered. I feel deceived. My order number is #****.Initial Complaint

I made a payment to buy their product and never received any information on tracking info or where my package might be. They emailed back saying it would take 1-5 businesses days for tracking and it has been well over a few weeks since then. I have heard nothing back for a refund or anything.Initial Complaint

A knife was ordered on 12/08/2021, never received information that the knife was backorder. After contacting the company, they stated that the knife had shipped with a tracking number. Trying to validate the shipping through the tracking number, I discovered that the number was fake. I was told that the number was a place holder which is deceptive and there is no such thing. After contacting the company and stating the fake number, they stated that they would send the correct number momentarily. I have yet to receive a proper tracking number even though the knife has supposedly shipped. I have asked for a refund, but the company stated that the knife has already shipped, again no tracking number. I have emails to verify all that has been stated.Business response

We truly apologize for your poor experience with our business. You had contacted us after placing your order, and we have informed you of the delays we were facing, due to covid-19 and the handmade process of our knife.
We kept you updated on shipping information and delays.
When you eventually asked for a refund, the package had already been collected for shipment. We were not able to issue you a refund until you shipped it back. We apologize for the delay in tracking information.
We have now issued you a full refund, for the long delay. You will still receive your order.

I purchased a knife directly from their website on 11/26/21. They withdrew my money immediately. I have not received the knife, nor have I received any correspondence from the company. I have an order number ****. My emails are responded to with automated replies. There is no answer when I call. I would like help in getting a refund at this time. Thank youBusiness response

We truly apologize for your undesirable experience with out business. We received an overwhelming amount of orders and emails this holiday season, and our processing orders as fast as possible. Due to the handmade process of our product, we sent an email informing shipping times we're delayed.
To clear everything up, we will send you a full refund and the knife.
