I bought a home from Bigfoot Buys homes LLC in November of 2021. During the buying process it was discovered that the gas stove didn't work. The company stated it would be fixed and ! would be buying a house with a working stove. (INSPECTION RESPONSE FOR FORM 35) Since the parts were weeks out the bank allowed us to close since this company had already agreed to fix it. It turns out that the stove parts weren't available and I was promised and assured over and over through texts, that I still posses, that it would be fixed or replaced soon. Then they finally stopped answering my texts and returning my phone calls. The last message was sent on 9/7/2022. I have since had to install a new stove on my own dime( roughly $7000.00). My last reach out to the company was on November 1st 2022.

To who it may concern, ****************** spoke at the end of last week and we are going to send her a refund to help ease the blow of having to install a brand new stove.  ****** was agreeable and thankful.  ****** further understood that we were not the Seller of the property she purchased but we listed the property on behalf of the Seller.
