    worst service department I've ever encountered in my life. They failed so bad. I will never buy another ram again. The service manager won't even return calls or emails.

    My Jeep Cherokee was towed to Auto Nation on 2/6/24. Over the next month I learned that ****** is the only employee at *************** ************* that communicates with customers. My son and I left emails and calls for ****************, the Service Director, for several weeks and never received a response. I don't know how one could refer to him as a "Services Director". After 2 weeks my "Service Advisor" texted me that he was my Service Advisor. Nothing else, no status report was included. I called repeatedly and only was able to connect with an off site call center. When I told the call center I was not able to communicate with anyone at Auto Nation, the representative told me they were receiving many complaints on this issue. After 3 weeks I finally called ****** over where they sell the cars and asked him to go to the service ***** and ask someone to please return my calls. Eventually I was able to connect with ****** who was excellent and very apologetic for my experience. He told me he was new and trying to correct some issues. I really appreciated ******. He deserves a promotion. **************** not so much. My Jeep was there for over a month and no repairs were completed. After 4 weeks I was told the part was not available. I feel like my car was hijacked. I had my Jeep towed to another repair service and the repair is complete. As I told ******, I totally lay the responsibility for the lack of communication and poor customer service I received from Auto Nation on their Management Team. I come from a family of Jeep owners. After my experience at Auto Nation they all have told me they would never buy a car from this dealership. I cannot recommend them for any repair issues one might have.

    **************** Bellevue... if you do any business with this place be very attentive what they say and do... they are the worst in our area... here are my issues with them 12/29/2023 Dont ever come to this place.... I had changed the tire from this place... been doing oil change for whole time i had jeep... they supposed to have said during tire change that they will honor tire rotation... all of sudden today they said they dont do that ever..... done with this dealship ....01/05/2022 Review 11:42 AM This place is really don't give c*** about there customer. I reached out 6 times, 4 times I kept VM but no one responded. I had done the windshield change on Dec 12 but since then my lane sensing and forward collusion has stopped working. Even after so many calls no one responded I ended up going on there FB and messaged there someone there did responded but it was 2 hours back and no one has yet responded 11:42 AM 11/28/2022 Review Tried reaching out to GM on 11/28/2022 was on hold for 15 min then line got cut... if I press sales number it goes through and they tried to transfer but has not worked.Ill request to talk to GM when I'm there on Dec 12 or they can reach out to me on my number; which can be derived from appointment which was scheduled on 11/23 8:00 AM or One which is scheduled for 12/12 10 AM Original Review How ridiculous it is to get on schedule for windshield, oil and tire rotation three week in advance and then when you reach dealership service person says we can only give you quote for windshield today. Is that a joke? Who schedules a time 3 weeks in advance at **** AM on bla date and only gets quote for windshield.Ruined entire Thanksgiving weekend because of this.Finally ended up getting schedule of dec 12 Im not blaming anyone but hope autonation improves on these kind of things

    My husband dropped his Jeep off at the dealership 6 days ago and the only communication he has received from them has been a text message with a bill for $1500, which felt more like a ****** demand than update. The Jeep is barely 3 years old and has less than 30K miles on it. He's left 10 VMs and several emails trying to get answers from anyone. I am trying to understand how this dealership thinks that this is ok. It's clear from the lack of willingness to communicate that this dealership has stopped caring about it's consumer base altogether.To the dealership, a bit of advice, when a customer calls in several times over the period of a week and your organization has not communicated with them properly, and then that customer calls and asks whoever answers the phone to physically get a manager...go get the manager.So,after purchasing 6 Jeeps from here we will be going elsewhere, well at least after we get our vehicle back.

    Horrible, horrible sales manager. Put $500 down on a new car as a reservation fee via internet, and was contacted a short time later by a sales representative, and shortly after, he emailed me a purchase invoice with a $15,000+ dealer markup. I immediately cancelled the purchase, and was contacted two days later by a sales manager who lied, lied, and lied some more, and then promised to refund my $500 reservation fee by a mailed check. Well that never happened, and then she refused to communicate with me ever again, never, sending me my refund. I finally had to file a complaint with the attorney generals office, and open a case with PayPal, and seven weeks later finally received my $500 refund. I had to waste alot of my time retrieving my reservation fee because of these nefarious actions, and I would never even consider buying a car or anything else from Bellevue CJDR. My advice is to seek out a more reputable dealer if you prefer not to get swindled.
