      Visited MOD Pizza in *********, MD on 6/5/24 and became violently ill within hours of eating the food. I do not believe they are practicing proper food handling guidelines. The reference number for my order is 8693 and I spent $17.95. I am hoping to get reimbursed for this meal. I am also hoping that you will consider a drop in visit on this establishment because I am concerned that others are having the same experience.

      Details: 05/28/2024 ordered at 9:00pm BECAME VIOLENTLY ILL threw up 3 times and diarrhea for hours. the food was terrible quality and went late at night so maybe the food was left out too long? got too warm... i ate the whole pizza. i wish i didn't. it was completely vegan. old vegan cheese or veggies ? also the crust tastes like a Maztah cracker. cheap ingredients and flavorless, so thin. I ate a personal build your own pizza, with regular crust, topped with tomato sauce, sliced tomatoes, pineapple, mushrooms, olives, artichoke and dairy-free cheese. i became very ill within 3-4 hours, waking me up in my sleep.my boyfriend also ordered his own pizza and did NOT get sick. he used regular mozzarella cheese, and meats on his pizza. he also got pineapple. he did not get mushrooms or tomatoes or artichoke or olives.

      I have been traveling for business, and I contacted MOD throughout the entire month of April regarding this order. One e-mail response, indicating someone would pass on my issue to a 'Regional Director', and that has not happened because their phone/customer service team is never available ("please press team" and then directed to a voice mailbox) and no one has contacted me back.Usually the food is great, but on this day it absolutely was not. There was very little cheese on the pizza, and the order was wrong (I believe on part of the order I did not want spinach, and it was put on the entire order). I was u pleased with the construction of the pizzas and overall flavor and spent a lot of money this day for a small family gathering, so this was disappointing to say the least. So, seeking a full refund for this order.       I ordered a mobile order pizza from MOD Pizza *********************************************************** *****. The pizza tasted fine, and I went to sleep. I woke up early in the morning and projectile vomited. I continued to vomit throughout the day and could not keep food or liquids down. I had to attend a virtual doctors appointment because I could not drive because I was so unwell. I was prescribed Zofran for nausea and still could not eat. I woke up on Sunday morning **** and went to urgent care. My blood pressure was well below normal and my resting pulse was above 100. I had to be given IV fluids for severe dehydration and spent $70 on a co-pay. I hope that MOD Pizza will do better in the future with their health practices in their restaurant.

      Well, first of all, I called the restaurant twice and they told me to call back and use the menu options and it wasnt that somebody answered. Then he told me and then the lady that delivered on DoorDash. Theyve all tall tell me their meat is cooked I dont care if the sky is blue if cars are fast if water is wet this is the way it is I ate raw meat. I was given raw meat and it tasted like sushi and it tasted like algae or mold and I didnt know what it was and then I finally inspected it and everybodys denying it. Im so sick I cant even call people. I have to f****** call the number for DoorDash support and then its somebody each time thats different and I cant even understand them and Im standing there sick and I nearly have to go to the hospital. I dont know if I have to go tomorrow or not. I was given raw meat in my salad and its nasty and disgusting and my body is already sick from it and I can tell somethings going to happen. I called the number to try to get money back and I cant even get money back. The store manager tells me that their meat is cooked. Hes basically complaining to me and then hangs up on And then he f****** hangs up on me. His name is ***. He doesnt even f****** they didnt even put me on hold and they dont even give me real options. I cant even get a refund I dont even care about a refund whatsoever do you want me to call these f****** numbers I dont care if you guys want me to call numbers or not its ******** Im not gonna call 10 f****** numbers and five numbers and wait two days to get a ******* refund from a place in town. Like I said the f****** sky is blue. Im not an idiot goodbye. I have pictures of it and I didnt even ask for it. I didnt even get it in my f****** salad. It wasnt even on the list of things I want it I dont know how many other people are poison and what the f*** is going on and I definitely want more than store credit or a refund for this this is ********. My health is already suffering.

      team this. Service that. Your response is very inhuman cliche and typical. I called and was told to multiple numbers which was more than any order work thereof and advances me toward mod pizza for life. I called the place twice. I called customer service three times or so. And different ppl options. Was told by server door dash a number. Different than one *** WHO HUNG UP ON ME WITOUT LETTING ME SAY THANK YOU AND WAS VERY RUDE LIKE as if I was and hated the call repeated to me several times like blue sky water wet type stuff like pizza is meat is cooked well I wouldnt call if wasnt and treated me like liar. This reply ok bbb and multiple calls are same exact deal is it just a single case me? Or how treated ! No is going to happen again and again and you did not address how I couldnt get refund on app by door dash agent. By the city and town and restaurant ordered from or by customer service. Was thru this !!! Is ******** isnt fixed is not by far at all cant see how you message me from here I get a refund. The customer service didnt do it. I hung up was tired of trying. Waste of my time and your rewards are not essential Bare minimums. Any one else would need that refund right away and not want to call multiple numbers and go to bbb and get a typical response. change your tactics. Make refunds on the app. Make store manager not blame folks for the raw anchovies not cooked. Your just allows this and confirming it happened and saying how U think it was fixed. HOW YOU think. Isnt what I had to endure and go through and sick without food. Either give my family mod pizza for life fire the *** store manager in ****** or change app for refunds for all or just dont reply at all! Let it slide. Dont blame me by pinning it on yourself and or me like its fixed. This was incredibly s***** experience and raw meat affected me for a week almost. Refund took multiple days. Just bringing it all back up what a emotional waste. I wont ever desire to eat there again at this rate cause humanity will suffer like I did. Its not a si for case scenario as other experiences and reports Ive made which are more personal yet you strive to conclude and make ends meet just is weird. Maybe I dont just ever have a way to enjoy mod pizza. And getting older it isnt fun regular responses and typical work. Work hard fix things make options. All must work out anyways so it isnt it must be fixed but embraced. Helped. I wasnt. Store manager again once he felt the end of convo he was gone hung up to goodbye anything he was posses as when they put me on hold I could he some lady telling me he thinks he has raw meat like not even believing me. So this response supports hurts them doesnt show them the truth or me or you and just is words which arent as strong as good pizza for life for my sister or family. I just dont ever see how these could ever be fixed. We cant make a shift to enjoy hard work and happiness as it should already or not be but taken seriously so why the serious we handled it yet it was all me. Your app. My calls. Is weird. Money means nothing and if he didnt hang up on me and I chase multiple  numbers and while raw meat in my system might been less traumatizing. I loved that salad that food second time getting it trusted it. Believed in it. Acted on it and am tore down. Am not hurt. Is this a single case Individual case I dont think so cause it happened and it only picked up pace. Fueling the manager to talk manager talk fueling the techs And calls.all off my suffering. Lol. I want my life back ! So if cant and wont blame me for being hurt over being hurt then just do something about the pooor management the service tech calls the phone calls the app the serval emails given calls back when was finished like wouldnt leave me alone either when hung up on your techs case music hold times was decide something to do now and then was told I wont get a refund cause I want off the phone and some Asian or foreign lady. And it wasnt even in my town. ************* Raw meat ? Where why is this spread and opening and inactivity and encouragement that it went wel and was fixed and if he didnt hang up on me. If the tech didnt offer NO REFUND cause I wasnt wanting to be transferred to a refund team ? Like they didnt even cook my pizza. Why not have all of them write a sorry card ! Cause you make it matter more that I was sick. Otherwise just if wasnt hung up on. Wasnt seeing messages rhetorical in nature just I got eaten I didnt eat ok. We eat therefore are eating. Life is a balance. And all this is giving way to much way too much in attention to which could of been and was settled then I lost money. Then got it back my feelings over the place and not even bleeding out might as well would of justified all this. I was hung up on ! App has zero refund options. Door dash girl texts me. Tell me stuff so much I got Uncomfy and blocked her. Sorry this sorry that we dont do that I dont understand but sorry this that. Everyone is confused why you send messages its fixed ! uphold values of who you are yet handle this simple or complex mirrored in a way totally unlike you where the server manager everyone even tech on phone didnt let me just get help a million questions. And waiting and calls. And everyone didnt beleive this could happen. So I guess by ordering pizza from you by default I am the villain give you business to uphold what values ? Without me ? Without the customer ? And then wrap it up same way your give the values again ? I see thru this and see through your company. Your guys are total waste. My sister would love mod pizza for life! I could use that. I dont even care as could and should of cried and died then let it go and not done a darn thing so either live to values of life already poised on enemy person heart and soul or just keep acting traits boasting and letting us confirm proof and verify your hard work and judgement of things unto themselves. Where as life should work it didnt. And so it does more. And all this is buried. This is exactly why you hold values. Why you try to serve good customers and know the rights from wrongs. But these also are only thing we have is our humanity and interactions. Upholding kg that which is open to interpretation to god only. Are you godly is your company love and can be loved ? Or just does that which needs to proclaim. You have a business I dont but its sure as h*** as if treated like I am the owner the bad the good etc and then treated poorly to bring this to light. And then rewarded or not is all a waste so just makes no sense how it could ever be fixed shouldnt ever happen. But just due to cliche messages oh its fixed so simply when I worked hard its obvious this is customer experience and not ever larger big company experience. You learn or dont. I had to. And so I cant reward you. Really should be that way so you can hear all this as if fix I walk away. What would we get if we didnt ever a glimpse of or catch how things truly are ? We are collapsing in the world due to single whole individual and companys and not in alignment with all crucial things phone calls the app the door dash the hang *** the phone calls the days and return calls. Is all a waste. The problem is. Like how I  nearly appreciate the food ever again  so if your happy its fixed then thats just that and I fail to hope you see all this without me saying it. And then when if so I do. How could I still enjoy eating there again participating in this again. I give the ppl jobs managers and phone calls let them use their inner life like mine I leaned on that night. So its fixed. So ok. We all dont get night sleep over details just keep moving along nothing to see here. Maybe that meat got to my head.

      Well I am very upset with mod pizza how they handled the situation they handled it very poorly I got a text from the manager stating he wanted to set up an interview then I got my interview done by the general manager and from there he said Ill text or call u let I know whats up about the job I have a major disability and 4 days come later no response so I texted him and say thanks for wasting my time and energy its unbelievable he never called me back so unprofessional anyways that to me shows no respect I have tons of experience in dishwashing and customer service its a joke makes no sense

      Its sad how this Mod pizza has gone down. Employees act like they just dont care. No one cleans the drink station areas. Front of the restaurant has trash all over. I dont know what kept biting me under the table. Sad that this is my daughters favorite place for pizza.

      I got Pizza yesterday at 8:30 pm from MOD Pizza at ******* location in *********. 12 hours later I am sick with nausea, watery diarrhea that just would not stop and severe abdominal cramping. I want the staff to be aware of this and take measure so other customers don't get sick.

      I ordered a pizza through the website and provided proper instructions in the desired boxes, and my order was still given to me wrong and burnt. When i opened the box, I was disappointed, because proper ingredients were not used on my order, then when i tried to pick up a slice it fell apart because it was burnt. I am very disappointed.
