I've repeated asked to be unsubscribed from their harassing levels of marketing emails. They send up to 2-3 emails every single day. They do not go a day without marketing and they won't unsubscribe me. I've asked them in email and unsubscribed. They keep getting more and more aggressive. Sadly more and more companies are beginning to get this aggressive and there is nothing you can do to stop unless you complain formally.Business response

Thank you so much. I do want to add that in no way should anyone have to recieve excessive amrketing emails to the tune of twice per day and continue to get them after asking to be unsubscribed and then unsubscribing. The aggresiveness of these marketing emails is too extreme. Its not the type of business I want to continue to work with. Thank you.

I made a purchase on February 11, 2023 (Order# ********) . The items arrived February 20th, but the one item that was supposed to be 12 molds of 2 pieces was only delivered as 1 mold of 2 pieces. I've emailed support and made multiple calls. I've left a voice mail, and haven't heard back. It's been 3 days since receiving the item, and no communication despite multiple attempts. I would like to receive the items that I've paid for. I'm not sure I can recommend Brambleberry anymore. I'm used to their slow shipping times, but the lack of communication is what's unsettling. They're able to take your money no problem, but can't take a moment to resolve an issue in a timely manner. Despite the lack of communication on my issue, they've managed to keep sending promotional and advertising emails just fine.Business response

Part of my order was cancelled but they sent a tracking number for it. I did not receive anything saying it was cancelled. If I would have known on Monday, 11/7/22 I could have ordered from somewhere else to still get it in time for an upcoming craft show next weekend. I got the refund today, they only sent the cost of the bottles, not the extra amount I had to pay to have this to be shipped (shipping calculated by size/weight). Why would they send tracking info for something they dont have? It made me think it was actually coming. I could have ordered from somewhere else to have it come on time if I would have known on Monday 11/7/22.Business response
