      I have recently obtained a copy of my credit report and have noticed the following inaccurate accounts. These incorrect accounts are negatively affecting my credit rating and causing me unnecessary financial strain: I had a charged off in October 2021 but it reporting charge off every month which is incorrect, and it saying that the balance was updated on october 2023 which is also incorrect theres no need for it because it was already charged off two years ago.Per the Fair Credit Reporting Act, it is my right to request an investigation into any items on my consumer credit file that I feel are inaccurate. It is my understanding that you will investigate these items for accuracy within 30 business days and send me the results via mail along with an updated copy of my credit report.Thank you in advance, ************************
