    I exited from Switchyard Appartments 09/02/2022 on good terms, the exit process was complete and documented, proof provided! eRenter is the affiliate renters insurance company that provides the mandatory policies there. eRenter has embezzled money from my credit card account illegally since 09/02/2022. And when I contacted them their reply was to only go back 1.5 months and refund just that premium. ERenter has STOLEN from me EMBEZZLED, committed FRAUD!

    Paid for their service. Cancelled when I moved at the end of my 1 year lease. 3 months later they charged me for a new year even though I had a new insurance. Horrible and dishonest company.
