We initially engaged with this company in April 2022. we accepted a bid and had a contract signed. This included 50% deposit. Since that time, there has been no action on the part of the company to start the project. The 3 employees we have had contact with have reportedly all quit. The last interaction with the reported owner was Sept 6th. since then, after repeated calls and emails, there has been no contact.

I contracted with this company on September 29, 2021, to build a deck in my backyard. I paid a deposit of $29,412.95 (50% of the contract cost), which they immediately and happily accepted. I was informed they would be able to start construction in about a month. I took three months for the company to advise me that a building permit would be required and another five months to get a fairly simple architectural drawing and permit. I have a stack of e mail correspondence that provides a number of excuses and apologies for the delays, and always a promise of quick action that never happened. Finally, after eleven months of delays (and three months after the issuance of the building permit) I cancelled the contract. Not one blade of grass disturbed where the deck should have been. I asked the owners **** and *************************** for an accounting of the money they had spent and a return of my deposit. *************************** response was that there was no clause in the contract for "cancelation for convenience" and that he did not want to voluntarily cancel the contract. I told him that my request was a "cancelation for cause" (no work performance) and again requested a refund. He has since refused acceptance of a certified letter and he has not provided an accounting of the money from my deposit that he spent.

We contacted Transblue Mt. Vernon team in May ************************************************************** ******** - ********************************************************. *********************** was our point of contact for this contract ************************************** They checked out our property and gave us a quote of $60380.50 for our entire project. They verbally gave us a commitment that they would complete the project within 2 months of us getting the permit. Transblue applied for the construction permit and it took longer than expected to get the permit done. Here is the permit application information , that we have been following up on; we are expected to get the permit by September. We have been sending follow *** to the **************** with all the requested drawings in order to get the permit. We received information from **************** directly that we should be getting the permit by September. With this new information, we have been trying to reach Transblue since July to get a follow up regarding their plans to start our construction work since we have already put 50% down payment + engineering fee totaling to $34481.81, and they have cashed it already. Last time we heard from them was July 21, 2022 where they said that they are updating drawings etc, which they didn't. We updated the drawings ourselves, that were needed to finalize requirements for the permit. We have tried to contact them numerous times via phone call, text and email, but have not received any responses. They have completely stopped communications with us and based on online reviews, they seem to be doing the same with their other customers. We are worried that they have taken our money and not planning to provide the services. At this point, we would like for them to return our money since no services were provided as per commitment and also stopped communications over the past 2 months.

We have contracted with Transblue Mount Vernon for our backyard project since Jan 2021. I am concerned about the diversion of our project fund. We were reached by our project manager *********************** multiple times to make mid-project payment even though the project was not at midpoint and Transblue has made the scope of our project smaller because they cannot complete the work they were contracted for. After pointing to them the above, we were told they spent the money they have to order material for the next step so now has no funds to complete the current portion of the project. After we made the payment, we were reached by Transblue's subcontractor stating Transblue is not paying them. We tried to relay this message to transblue but since lost contact to this business. They left work half done with loose blocks on my yard that are falling apart. In addition my driveway is also blocked by their material

I hired Transblue on June 2021 to build a retaining wall, fence and paver on my property, they quoted $68,000 and I paid 50% in advance. They said that my project did not require a permit and they were ready to work on August 2021 and be done withing a few weeks.Days after signing the contract they claim they just find out we will need a County permit to build the wall, adding additional charges. Later it took them 1 month (July) to find out they needed a Soil Test.In October same year they finally hired the Engineer to do the Geo Studies adding again more additional fees. Later in November we received the Geo results that suggested to have the wall foundation build when the water from the pond recede (summer time). It was until February 2022 that they "find out" they needed Civil Engineer plans required by the county to approve the permit, once again adding additional fees totaling for ~$20,000. By April they have got a quote by the Civil Engineer and realized they had a **** weeks backlog. In May Transblue claimed they have already hired the company but later in June they realized the payment did not go through I contacted the Civil Engineer and they told me there was no attempt by Transblue to hire them yet.At this point June 2022 given that the project was time sensitive because we were trying to be ready for the dry season, that we have not hired a Civil Engineer, that we still had to consider the time to process the permit, the multiple lies, and the terrible communication and progress I decided to let them know that I wanted to terminate the contract and get my money back.It is still today July 16th that they have not hired any Civil Engineer neither bought any materials It has been close to 5 weeks with no communication about the project except for their reply to let me know that they wont give me my money back.13 months since we signed and it appears to me that they wont be ready to start in 2022, cant accept an starting date of Summer 2023.

March 11, 2021 we signed a contract with Trans blue for a 9 foot deep pool. We paid $100,000 down. The owner *********************** told us that we would be swimming by the Fourth of July! We were under the impression that they would be doing the construction however everything has been subcontract. I gave them a picture of what it is that we wanted specifically being a beach entry because I have mobility problems and difficulty with steps. The subcontractor said that in order to get a 9 foot deep pool we would have to use a ramp instead of a beach entrance because it would be too steep. They put in the very very steep ramp and then build a huge conglomeration of steps as well so we barely have any shallow end. He then took it upon himself to elevate the hot tub 3 feet above the pool. In spite of all these hideous mistakes we have been pushing on because were very anxious to get this done . We had a very hot spell in the summer for 1 week. There was a solid week of very heavy snow in the winter. There has been a lot of rain this spring. So using the excuses of itstoo hot, the ground is frozen, its too wet, and cant get a hold of the subcontractor, Subcontractor is on vacation, equipment is broken down,no one is being accountable, and its hard to get a hold of anybody,,this has been dragging on for more than one year. I can except some of those excuses for some of the time. But seriously, it has been more than one year there is still no plaster on the pool it hasnt even been cleaned out. And theres no cement walkway around the pool. Since they put In this hideously steep ramp they agreed to add a railing so I can actually use it that has not been done yet. **** says he doesnt recall promising it Would be finished by the 4th OF JULY LAST YEAR . The slide has been sitting in pieces waiting to be installed. It was delivered months ago. I want this pool finished within the next week or refund us enough money to have another company finish it.
