Upon arrival on July 24th, I went to the desk of *****************, a service manager. That meeting did not go well at all! She was unpleasant with a rude personality. She seemed annoyed that I was there. She talked down to me as if I was a child (I am 76) and said it was my fault that I didnt bring both key fobs with me to be programmed. Nobody had bothered to mention to me previously in my phone calls to set up the appointment that both fobs were needed, or any reminder that they were needed at all! She said that I obviously lacked common sense, and I should have known to bring both fobs! Again, I wasnt asked to bring both fobs, nor was there any mention that the fobs were the problem. I had reported that the tire pressure monitor service was the problem, and that the fobs didnt unlock the truck. They did a money grab for "extra diagnostic time in the amount of $525. It's hard to believe with all the computer codes it took extra time, especially since I had done some troubleshooting and advised them of the possible fault!*** had the same attitude toward me when I brought the truck back on July 31st. She is a TERRIBLE customer representative for **********************. Based on my experience with the Northwest Chevrolet service department during this issue, I WOULD NEVER BUY a new vehicle from Northwest ****** nor would I EVER return theyre for any kind of service or repair!!I rate them at a zero for service department performance!

My wife took her 2019 RAV4 to this business for an oil change. The work was defective and it left the business with a constant drip from the oil plan plug. Then the low oil light came on. Alarmed, we called the dealer and left a message before opening hours and waited for a return call. That call never came and I tried a few more times. Then I tried using a different phone and the service manager **** immediately answered. I repeated the message I left earlier that morning and **** denied that it could have been their service work. I then gave **** the 'opportunity' to fix defective work that could have ruined the **** He again denied any possibility that it could have been his responsibility. So we took it to Bellingham ******* They confirmed (with video) that the last oil change was bad. A constant drip from the plug. Defective workmanship and a management style of denial is a bad combination. Obviously we will never use this business again for the ****** and especially my Duramax. Think twice before taking your car here for anything. Bad stuff.
