    I placed an order with Origami Paddler for a foldable kayak in March of 2022. I was given a delivery date of May 2022. At this point I have not gotten my product or been contacted by Origami Paddler about my item. I have went on their website and my order (Order #*****) shows "Unfullfilled", yet they have taken $616.00 out of my account. I have sent two emails to their support line over the last two week and have not gotten anything back. I used their Chat function on the website and nobody answers. I have called their phone number only to be given the opportunity to leave a message, which I have done three times and still have yet to get a call back. I am concerned because I don't have my item nor can I even get anyone to provide the customer service I am looking for. If you are going to provide a service and remove money from someone's account and then not deliver the product, the least you could do is contact them or provide updates (I believe that is supposed to be covered under the ***** At this point, I no longer want to do business with this establishment and I want a credit but if I can't connect with anyone, not sure how that is going to happen.

    I ordered 2 paddlers from origami paddler in April 2021. I received an email January 2022 confirming my shipping address. I saw a ******** post by the company in early ************************************** April 21 would ship in April 22. April came and went and no shipping confirmation. I emailed the company and was given a brush off email in response. I would like my 2 items shipped.

    I purchased on Origami Paddler on 4/17/21 and paid $449, order # ****. The confirmation indicated shipment would take 10 - 15 weeks. It's been 13 months and I still do not have the product. I've received a few updates along the way that the paddler would arrive in November, then February, then April. I've had a few email exchanges inquiring about the shipping status and have been given a link to check the status but that wasn't useful. On 3/28/22 I received an email that indicated to "keep an eye out for shipment in the next few weeks!". That was about 8 weeks ago and still nothing.I sent another inquiry on 5/22/22 but haven't received a response. It's frustrating to see they are still advertising items for sale and making shipping promises that can't be realistic if they can't produce my order from 13 months ago!I would appreciate any assistance the BBB can provide. Thank you in advance.***************************

    Origami Paddler order *****, I ordered in October for nearly 400 dollars ****************************************************** 15 weeks, however it's been almost 8 months now, far beyond the promise of 15 weeks and this company is now treating me like trash and isn't even responding anymore. After 8 months of waiting I bought a kayak face to face but would love to have a portable one which , I ordered 8 months ago! I don't see it shipping any time soon and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone nor would I wish the wait on anyone...... 15 weeks was quite a few months ago and I still have not seen any results just lip service and they won't pick up the phone nor will they answer the emails lately because they know they've failed. I'd love for them to actually fulfill their promise instead of acting like scumbags!!!! The product better be amazing for waiting this long!!!!!
