      ACP is our current property manager of the home we currently reside. This property has been rented since 01/09/2023 and managed by this company from 01/09/2023 to date. This company owned by *********************** has refused to hear or address any complaints regarding issues with the property to be repaired, cleaned or replaced and hear our case involving a 11/06/2023 claim that we owe for *** bills from 01/05/2023-11/06/2023. We have extensive notes, pictures, ************* messages that we have sent to ACP by certified and notarized mail. ACP has confirmed that they have received this certified and notarized documents but told us in an email recently that they will NOT respond to our claims as they have maintained for weeks now. ACP is also threatening and intimidating us to have us removed from the property if we don't pay the *** bills , even though we have NEVER been late on any rent or bill associated with this property and even though they refuse to hear or respond to our case against this baseless claim from ACP. We have documentation that continually shows neglect from this company regarding our requests to review, complete or address issues we have asked for since renting this property. In this most recent issue regarding the suggested *** bills, we have confirmed that these bills were kept in the owner's name and paid in full each month by the owner/property manager from 01/05/2023-11/06/2023, we addressed with ACP (****) in **************** 2023 whereby we were told and relied on the information from ACP that the *** account was in the owner's name and being paid by the owner and would review /contact us if that status changed. We were not contacted about this issue until 11/06/2023 and asked by ACP to now place the *** account in our name. We were able to get that transfer of service on 11/07/2023 with approval from ACP to *** and have been the account holders since. Simultaneously on 11/07/2023, we noticed that a bill had been uploaded to our ACP portal
