    1.Tells me my **** purchased is not in working order.-submitted picture of it in working order.-Passed all warrantylife App tests.2. Tells me breaking my item just after purchasing the warranty is void. No where in warranty terms is there a waiting period to use warranty.

    I purchase coverage through warranty life. On 6/12/24, I placed a claim because the back of my phone is cracked and broken. I provided a photo of the damage. But they are demanding that I provide a photo that is not a screen shot of the **** number on the front and now that I requested that it be escalated because I do not have a second device to do this, they have made an even more demanding request of a video. I have asked if they wanted to provide a phone repairs place locally that they use. I would gladly go to. But I am not paying for someone to help and it cant be repaired until approved. So I am not going to some random person where to ask for help for free. They would need to provide a location of an approved vendor they use. Also, in addition when I signed up for the policy and was provided the terms and conditions. These requirements were not included in the terms and conditions. The terms and conditions is a contract between two parties about what is expected and your rights. This was not included. Making me aware of a requirement after the fact is not acting in good faith. I do not have family or friends to ask. It is just me. When I signed up for the policy, this was also not required. I was able to easily get the policy with lout two devices. The same should stand when making a claim. Thank you.

I need **** back up their promises and send me my $250 dollars because that is what the guarantee promises.

    I have purchased a warranty play in December 6 2022 and it is good for a year when I brought my phone through gazelle who uses warranty life as their warranty company. I recently on October 29 2023 reached out to warranty life about my phone having a cracked screen the phone was stolen. Two days after I put in that clean the phone was sold to a gazelle box called the Eco ATM, where they recycle phones gazelle head got the phone back because gazelle owns the Eco ATMs. I reached out to gazelle and they found the phone in their warehouse. I had to do a police report once gazelle received the police report they had mailed the phone back when I reached out to ******** about the phone being stolen and how I needed it back promptly because I put a claim in with warranty life they said that it would still be covered because it was in their warehouse. I reached out to warranty life via email phone calls. The companies phone does not allow you to reach a representative so after doing another claim online, they respect out to me and said that my claim is no longer covered but my phone is covered in till December 6 2023 and Im having a hard time getting them to cover the cost of the cracked screen. I feel like this is a scam and theres no way of getting a hold of a live representative if someone could please help me out because this is wrong.

    I purchased a Key Liquid Screen protector for my phone, and it came with a 1 year $200 Glass breakage warranty from Warranty Life. I jumped through all of the hoops in the registration and tests, and had a confirmed warranty certificate. 7 months later when I try to file a claim, and they refuse to pay and say they no longer sell the coverage I have. Despite they do not sell it now, they did then, and they issued a warranty certificate back in January. They will not honor it. Resolution to eliminate complaint would be to honor their legal contracted warranty and pay the damage they committed to.

    I purchased an extended warranty with the company for an ice maker. They are refusing to honor that the warranty is even valid.

    I purchased a phone from Gazelle with a warranty that was from Warranty Life. I followed all the steps required, sent in the required documents and pictures and sent my phone into them. I can see where they signed and received my phone. I was told once everything was filled out to expect payment within 2 business days as long as they had my PayaPal information. I've yet to see my refund and they will not answer any of my emails. They have stopped responding since they have received my cell phone.

    Hello,

    I am contacting you regarding my case. I wanted to let you know that WarrantyLife did finally respond to my emails and refunded my money. I am satisfied with the outcome of this. Im sorry it got to this point, but we were in need of this money to replace my daughters phone and they were not responding to me. I realize this complaint can not be deleted and Im sorry for that, since they did follow through. I just wanted to make sure this was noted that they did in fact make good on the warranty.

    I paid $55 for service but was never sent the warranty life details of their service. They never said it expired until I filed this claim. If I had known this I would not have bought their insurance I would have bought real insurance and paid monthly.They promised to ship warranty after the phone shipped but I never received anything. I filled a claim and they said it was expired.
