    Never received product. Charged account on 2/13, credited back to account 2/16, recharged to account on 3/18. Still have never received product.

    First off - I sincerely apologize that you've walked away less than satisfied with your experience.

    Regarding the duplicate charges:

    I have checked our records and based on the email address provided, I see that there was one purchase of Pelvic Floor Strong Audio and a duplicate purchase of the Pelvic Floor Strong DVD and manual, made on Feb 12th 2024. The duplicate order was processed at exactly the same time, which can sometimes happen if there's a lag in internet connect or multiple clicks of the mouse.  We do our best to include warnings and disclaimers to prevent this from happening, but occasionally these glitches still occur. 

    We encourage our clients to contact our customer support team for assistance with matters such as these, so that we can help to get them resolved promptly and with care. We provide our email address on our website and at many stages throughout the buying process so that you can easily get a hold of us. I checked our system, and it doesn't appear our team was ever contacted to try and resolve this.

    About the additional charge in March - we have no records of this on our end, and unfortunately since it was reported as a chargeback, this would have been processed by your institution instead of our retailer. With that being said, you may want to contact them to see if the chargeback was reversed in error on their end. 

    Regarding the delivery of your product, on my end it does appear to be sent. However if you haven't received it yet, I'm more than happy to issue you another copy free of charge. Please email us at ******************************* and we'll be happy to take care of that for you. 

    Again, I'm very sorry that you were impacted by this glitch, and hope that we can at least get this resolved so that you get a copy of the product in hand, and that your additional charges are cleared.
