Ok, on October 12, 2022, I financed a car through Credit Concept at Valley Sports Cars. As I was waiting for the registration to be processed, I found out that the dealership has closed their business. I thought that Credit Concepts would have retrieved the title to continue the registration process, but apparently, they didn't. I paid for this transfer to be done as it states in the contract, but both parties have failed. Credit Concepts still wants me to continue payments on the car, but I feel that seeing that the car has no legal documentation of me being the registrered owner, I wasn't going to pay until I receive those documents. I also contacted the **** and they told me to seek legal advise because of the two parties have breached of contract by not providing the papers that were paid for as stated in the contract. As of now I still have the car which has been sitting here because it has no legal papers. They had 45 days to get those papers to me and the have't did so.

My boyfriend and I went to Valley Sports Cars on August 19, 2022 and we purchased a 2006 ****** Forester. That evening on the way to work the vehicle started overheating and the lights were flickering. We took it and had the battery and alternator tested. It needed a new alternator, we purchased the alternator. ***** had his mechanic put the alternator in and change out the thermostat on Monday August 22, 2022, we went on our way. On Tuesday August 23, 2022 it again started overheating on our way to work. We called ***** again and he said to bring it in and he would have his mechanic take a look. We took the vehicle in on Wednesday August 24, 2022. On Monday August 29, 2022, the mechanic said it was the water pump. That they would get it changed out along with the timing belt. On September 13, 2022 we got the vehicle back and was told that it ending up just being the hose of the top of the radiator and they had fixed it. If they did not want to do the water pump they could have told us. We would have bought it and paid them to put it in. The car continued to overheat. We found out after taking it to a shop that the Headgasket was actually blown and had been for quite some time. *****'s mechanic told us it was not the head gasket.***** did loan us a vehicle while they had our car.We would have never bought the vehicle knowing that it had these problems. It is going to cost us more than it is worth to fix it.Yes, we bought the car as is. But to sell a car that has a blown headgasket, that is not good business practice. We hoped ***** would help rectify the situation but have been completely ignored or told when called that he is not in the office.
