I am asking for help to get my money back that I paid the business and then they were reimbursed by my insurance company. I received notification that the business named was paid for claims back in October 2024 that they submitted to my insurance company that I had already paid to them. I've been talking to a **** since January 2025 about them reimbursing me the money they're holding. I keep getting the run around with excuses even though **** admitted to having a credit on my account and also my husband's account under **** ****. Last conversation took place on February 7, 2025. **** said they were issuing the refund for me for $163.00 and the refund for my husband, **** **** for $295.10 and I would have my money in 2 weeks. I'll be four weeks in two days. I feel I'm not getting any results from them. Can you please help me get my money that they're holding.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’ve been working with ****** regarding her refund for the past several weeks as it goes through the accounting process. We have received confirmation that she has received both her refund check and *******. So, this issue has been resolved.
