      The work done at my home and the team at my house was impressive.However, the free estimate/quote was misleading. I have a quote in writing that says $7.600.00. I was billed for $10.048.40. I budgeted for $7,600. Now I do not have the monies to paint the trim on my house. I reached out to the owner, *** several times. I shared with him the misrepresentation of his quote. He seemed sincere but then never followed through on honoring the $7,600.00 quote (I have the estimate). *** (the owner) even benefited from my introducing him to my brother who is an international (very successful) roofing consultant. *** benefited from the ONE HOUR conversation he had with my brother in ****** in order to learn about government jobs and international jobs ($$$) he seemed pleased to have this 'connection'. But he would not honor the misleading quote he gave to me. He was on vacation (***********??) the last time we spoke, and he said he would call me, and he never did. I have given ROOF MEDIC much time to resolve this.... since May. Now I will go to every avenue possible on social media. The difference between a quote of $7,600 and over $10,000 truly matters for my budget and it wasn't forthright.

      Hi ****** so the public has the same information to address this review, I uploaded a picture of the work order for anyone on my ****** Business profile to verify. It has each item you requested and approved with an x next to that item, the items you didn't approve are blank, and your signature on the bottom so there's no misrepresentation on either of our parts. BBB does not allow pictures to be uploaded to verify my statement however you can review my ****** profile and find the picture of *****es work order to validate this reply. To begin, Ive refunded ***** 100% of the services she said I misled her to believe were either at No Charge or just part of the service. I did that not because what is stated was valid but because Id rather continue to maintain a reputation of integrity even if a person deals with me without equity. I dont collect a ***** down nor do I or my techs EVER collect payment in person when we are complete. We simply send our clients invoices for all the services they requested and APPROVE with a signature validating those requests and they either send a check in which ***** did or they pay online with a credit card. I met with *****e in May for a cleaning inspection. I discovered her soffits were rotting out due to improper installation of her tile roof. I showed her the pictures and she verified she was concerned due to her rotting soffits so along with cleaning her roof, *****e choose the value cleaning package as evidenced with the check **** next to the item for $1,387, she also decided to have her gutter faces cleaned by hand around the entire perimeter of her large 2 story home for $198 with a check box there also and finally 300 linear feet of her rotting soffits repaired around her large home for $7,600 and happily signed the work order as you can see in the picture of the work order in our profile pictures. The service was scheduled to begin July 14th, less than 1 month ago to the very day I am responding to this and completed. I didnt hear from *****e again until after her job was complete and she sent us a check. I received 1 call while I was out of town, to say I misled her. I had no way to address the problem but to see her in person, show her the work order which she signed and we completed only the items she approved with a signature, so I asked her if we could talk when I returned in a week. Less than a week later without another attempt to reach me, ***** posted this review on ****** and yelp that I know of. I dont really understand why a check was sent in the 1st place if she felt she was misled but I believe its more that she needed money to paint her house than to pay for services she hires a company to perform., I contacted *****e and talked about the complaint. She admitted she could have misunderstood but my question was, is there a reasonable amount that we can agree on or is the only option for you to be happy is that I eat 100% of the services she thought were somehow FREE? She said yes and that was her final answer so I said OK and have sent her a refund for 100% of those services. I dont believe this was a reasonable solution but Im happy to turn this 1 star review into a 5 star review because of my integrity to add to the compliment you said as to the quality of my service.
