  I have been trying to dispute this collection debt with IQ data international from mine and my husbands credit report because this debt is inaccurate. Ive sent proof to them and have not heard back. The original creditor were ******* properties who I have a signed agreement with saying that if I moved out before the 1st of July of 2022 that they would release me of all charges or any past due amounts owed if any. We were out before July 1st of 2022 staying with family. I have sent this document to ******* asking them to provide proof that I was still in the home after July 1st of 2022 and I have received no response back. I have also called and was completely disrespected by the agent on the phone I told her Im in the processes of buying a house and that Im tired of fighting with them that I was willing to settle but that I was not paying $5000 because 1 thats not the original amount owed and I told her I think thats illegal to charge interest on something that didnt have an agreement to be charged interest on and she told me that I better watch what I say and that shes in full rights. So now Ill continue to dispute because this is wrong and shouldve never even been sent to collections with having this signed agreement that I will attach if I can. I have also filed a complaint with the **** as well and have the letter to them and still no response for *******

  I am rejecting this response because: As I said before I was out before the 1st of July how are you going to tell me when I moved out. Tell your client to send proof that I was there after July 1st of 2022, because I have requested that several times and you have yet to provide that documentation.   This company IQ DATA INTERNATIONAL is in clear violation of the **** for using my nonpublic personal information to contact nonaffiliated third parties or consumer reporting agencies and furnish an inaccurate collection account on my consumer report without providing full privacy disclosure to me before reporting this inaccurate collection account pursuant to ************. The company violated my right as a consumer to OPT OUT of this information being reported as per this section of the law. IQ DATA INTERNATIONAL is attempting to collect an alleged debt of $6381 due to the alleged original creditor IMT RESIDENTIAL which was clearly paid off with no balance (see the account data in my attachments below). The original account ending in 3621 furnished by *** RESIDENTIAL is reporting paid off with $0 balance and no late payments to the consumer reporting agencies. I do not have any agreement with IQ DATA INTERNATIONAL with my signature on it, as they keep decreasing and increasing the alleged collection balance by $7 every week, (see my attachments below), which is ABSURD and goes against **** rules and regulations. Their actions have caused my family and I severe damage to our livelihood as they are hurting my ability to obtain credit which they are liable for all actual damages caused. If IQ DATA INTERNATIONAL does not remove this inaccurate collection account they furnished to the consumer reporting agencies on (06/17/2024) without my permission using my personal information immediately, I will be in pursuit of litigation, legal action for identity theft (18USC1028) and unfair debt collection practices (15USC1692f). I filed a **** complaint on 10/22/2024 and they seem to think their company opinion matters over the *** they refuse to get in compliance with (see their response below).

  I received a letter on September 16th 2024 stating I owed 930.44$ from my previous apartment that was sent to ******* and that I needed to pay/dispute before it went to collections. I had already paid the debt at the time. I called the company and they stated to email with proof of payment to dispute. I did this email and never received any response or communication. I woke up this morning to a new account on my credit score from ******* stating I owe the 930.44$. Absolutely ridiculous as I paid well before and had done MORE than my part in this whole situation. Unprofessional company that does not seem to care about its impact or doing the correct thing. It has 1 star on BBB for a reason.

  I am rejecting this response because: On September 8, 2024, We send a request for a Debt Validation Letter to ********* International, ***** reference to file number 0009142360, and we disputed the claim on alleged debt to IMT ***********************. We requested a Debt Validation Letter according to the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act, and respectfully requested a validation. Also we requested any nagative **** found on our credit reports (including Experian, Transunion and Equifax) from ********* International ***** on this alleged debt that we desputed that we don't own to be removed immediatly.
  Negative ****s on Credit report has not been removed and I.Q Data International, *** and IMT Sorrento Vally has not responed to our certified mail ***** Certified Mail # 9589 0710 5270 1568 6446 34).
  We have not recived any response as validation of alleed debt. We also forwarded a copy Certified mail to BBB Geart West and Pacific.

  I have received a Debt Validation letter from I.Q Data **************** Or ITM Sorrento valley.
