      34 DAYS!! Still no order supposed to be here 4 more days.But heres the best , the purple dress was cancelled. (Yes after a month of waiting)However they are sending the matching headband. Wow and will not credit me until I SEND IT BACK WITH THEIR LABEL That means I personally have to print the label , package it and bring it to the post office .who has time for these extra steps , when it is not my fault??? To get a refund. They have had my money for over a month already.This is absolutely ridiculous. I cant tell you how frustrated I am. All these Items were gifts for a newborn ******** it seems like I havent acknowledged the sweet miracle. This is not who I want to be.I would just like to know what is going on ****?I was an original fan club member Have spent thousands!This seems out of control and quite reckless on your part.I have never been so DISRESPECTED as a consumer.Please straighten your company out

      We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this customer experienced with their recent order. We understand how important these items were to you, especially as gifts for a newborn baby, and we deeply regret the delays and the cancellation of the purple dress. 

      We acknowledge that asking them to print a label, package the item, and bring it to the post office is an additional burden, especially when the situation is not your fault.

      YES ****! You need to do better! Blah blah blah ! BYE BYE YOU ARE LIARS, disrespectful and quite frankly disgraceful ! The stupid $9 headband was the icing on the cake. What a waste of my life! You had me begging you to get my order, and now the headband . I have to send it back. You really burnt my bu. Didnt you? Making me jump thru all your hoops? Just to get MY ORDER, that I paid for?Terrible, terrible, Terrible ! Shame on you! Whats up ****??? You need to be present in your business. You need to own up to YOUR MISTAKES!!!!And not treat people like garbage! Original customer. Thousands and thousands and thousands and thousands spent.There are so many wonderful, respectful companies out there, that want your business. NO ONE NEEDS THIS, REMEMBER WE KEEP YOU IN BUSINESS, did you forget?Small companies, try ********* they are the best choice, people!!       Placed an order with **** ************************** on February 10th using my **** debit card. The card was immediately charged with the website offering that orders ship within 1-12 days. There is no way to contact the company customer service by phone, only email. I did email and the response was that I would be notified when my order shipped. Its been nearly a month and the order still indicates unfulfilled. I initiated a charge back with my bank after reading many reviews that say they dont issue refunds. Worst online retailer *** ever patronized. Buyer beware. I also filed a formal complaint with BBB. This place needs to cease operations.

The order is ready to ship. However, since a chargeback has been opened up, we cannot ship out until the dispute has been closed.

      As a VIP customer who has been purchasing from this company for two years, and I spent Hundreds of dollars on their products The past six months shipping has been absolutely atrocious. It takes 4 to 6 weeks to get items. Im currently waiting for something I purchased over a month ago and I havent even received it. I reached out to customer service via ********, chat and text messaging and have not gotten anything back in over 48 hours from the company. I am done doing business with them. Im absolutely shocked and extremely upset.

      Like a lot of other customers, I am frustrated with not receiving orders I've placed within the shipping timeline. I have reached out to customer service on numerous occasions and they either don't get back to me or simply say it will ship soon. I have lodged a complaint with the BBB (btw, **** Quinn has an F rating, go to the bbb site and you can see for yourself). They list the corporate headquarters as follows Business Headquarters Location address:******************************************** phone number:....what is interesting, is when I call this number it states an application error has occurred and then ******* comes on and says the number is not in service. Does anyone else find this interesting!?!

      Customers are able to contact us by email, text, chat, and ******** message. It is also stated on our contact page that the phone number does not accept calls or voicemails. *****************************************************

      Again, we want to say sorry for the unfortunate delay. We are working on changes in our warehouse to prevent any future delays.

      This is simply not true. I reached out to customer service on Monday, March 10 @ 10:25 a.m. and did not receive a response until Tuesday, March 11 @ 5:10 p.m. Your customer service states that it will respond within a few hours. General description of a few hours is usually between 3-4 hours, but of course can vary; however, not over 24 hours. It's interesting that within 3 days of your response, your company declares bankruptcy. It's also telling that the only BBB complaints that your company has even bothered to respond to are the 3 written in March 2025. You never even took the time to respond to other's concerns. In reading your letter that you posted yesterday, I thought it was totally unprofessional and that you were blaming everyone from past business partners to accountants that weren't qualified and you took little responsibility for your own actions and how this company was run. The **** stops with you as the owner of this company.

      I placed an order over three weeks ago, and it still hasnt shipped. Ive contacted the company three times, and someone initially responded, saying it could take up to 12 days. Well, its been more than 12 days now, and still nothing. When I followed up again, I was told they didnt know when I would receive my order. I find it strangehow can they not know? At this rate, Ill probably receive my items when they no longer fit my newborn!

      While scrolling the website I had added a few items to my cart and went to hit continue to checkout to check what my final total would be with tax and shipping, not planning on placing an order as I was only trying to preview where my order total would be. The screen refreshed with Thank you for your order. The site went from continue to checkout to automatically submitting an order for me with zero warning. I have ordered from them in the past, but I have never not been brought to a preview/review screen with multiple hoops to jump through before getting to a Submit Order button. Within seconds of this happening I messaged them on chat on their website. I replied to the confirmation email that was promptly sent to me and I reached out to them on their VIP ******** page. **************** got back to me almost 8 hours later and informed me there was nothing they could do and I had to wait to receive the order then go through their returns process (which by the way I have to pay for a return label, and its store credit, not back to your payment method.) For an error their website caused. This is by far, the worst ****************, and not to mention, theft. Based off posts in other **** Quinn ******** groups, other people have had this exact same issue with no recourse. Only option is to dispute through your credit card company.

      Ive purchased here 5 or so times never had an issue. Shipping is SLOW but they say that at the top of their site. I have only ever bought the bamboo stuff so its pretty stretchy not sure how their cotton is.

      Im incredibly disappointed with the quality of this ***** drop. These items havent even been worn yet and theyve drastically faded. The dye in the jumpsuit appears to have flaked off and stuck to the white background, leaving it looking dirty and extremely worn. For nearly $30 a piece, this is unacceptable. This is probably the worst quality Ive seen since 2019. The litho floral was something I was really looking forward to and I still have another order with a dress and a quilt that hasnt shipped yet, which I can only expect will have the same quality issues as the other 3 items I ordered. I know Im not the only one seeing this problem with this specific print/drop and were all getting the same copy paste response. The litho floral items are basically ruined before even being worn and Ive attached pictures for customer service, even though they refuse to actually address these issues and continue to offer store credit on defective items. I cant keep spending hundreds of dollars on this brand as customer service isnt helpful, theres major sizing issues, tax issues (my state requires childrens clothing to be tax free and Ive had to contact them multiple times about multiple orders for adjustments to which they said they need to update their tax codes), shipping times are outrageous, and prices continue to rise while quality drastically declines. These photos were taken BEFORE my child even got to wear the items. I mean, Im used to newer KQ items being a one/two time wear before they start falling apart but a $28 toddler jumpsuit should at least make it on my kid before it looks like I pulled it out of a goodwill bin. This is NOT the first quality control issue Ive experienced but its certainly the worst. Ive literally spent $12,724.88 on their site since 2019 and theyre REFUSING to refund defective products to my original payment method.

      Fading after one wash. Company refused to cancel my second order. I wouldn't have ordered more from this drop had I known it was going to fade right away. **** from customer service refused to cancel my order ( even though it hasn't even shipped) & stating after receiving I could return ONLY for store credit. How convenient for the company to only offer store credit so I have to use my money on this shop. Horrible customer service.

      20 days since my order and the product hasn't shipped from an event entitled "Warehouse Restock" I was told that the items were not shipped from the factory yet and that my order would go out after May 23. I asked for a refund instead. They refused and continued to tell me it was a presale event. Their shipping policies and refund policies are unethical. Their customer service person was rude from the start. They offered that I could return items after they shipped for store credit. WHY is it better for them to send out items and have me pay the shipping each way? It doesn't make return customers and it uses more resources on their end, mine, and in between.
