      I currently have three purchases with Kate Quinn Organics that have yet to be shipped. They merge orders and promise to ship x amount of days from the ship date. 1st order merged 7/11, second 7/12, and third 7/16. The first order was from a fourth of July sale event they had and is known to be delayed. As for the other two, the promised shipment time was 5-8 business days. Today is 7/30. That is 13 business days from 7/12 and 10 business days from 7/16. I emailed KQ yesterday 7/29 and got no response even though their site says they reply within a couple hours. The total of my three orders combined is just over $560. Additionally, this company has continued to roll out new clothing drops and is even having another sale when they can't even get current orders out. I will be filing a dispute for the charges with my bank and will not be purchasing from this company again.

      Where do I begin?Between delays in shipping, selling items with invasive bugs, and discriminating buyers based off of a *************** this company is absolute garbage.Many of us have been waiting over a month for orders, it received orders that were placed after. The excuse being that 100s of items were purchased and?Not only that, but if you dont support them or youre caught complaining they remove your privileges from the group, text system, and the outlet, even though qualifications were met. Im not sure how theyre still in business but the way things are ran, the inability to catch up, and the greed, I wont be surprised if theyre boycotted all together.

      Their shipping is the worst. They never ship in the stated processing times. The customer service is awful. A sewing needle was found in between one of my quilts that poked my husband. Luckily my husband found it while he was laying in bed with my child. I sent the needle back so they could look into it further. No refund was given until a month later when I found an insect sewed in between another quilt and complained. They only wanted to give me store credit and at that time decided to refunded me the quilt I found a needle in. They refused to refund me the second quilt and only offered me store credit. Their shipping takes 3 to 4 weeks. Others have stated finding bugs in their new clothing. **************** is horrible. Reported to ********************. There are better companies I've started shopping at for bamboo clothing. Little sleepies is a different company and has great customer service and clothing. **** ********************** clothing is inexpensive but you get what you pay for, bugs and foreign objects in quilts.

      They refuse to refund your money and only give you a gift card. Basically if you order it, you have bought it. No returns, no refunds. Not standard business practice.

      I loved **** Quinn & ordered from them regularly because of their claim to be **** certified. When I looked further into **** it turns out that there is no such thing as "**** organic cotton" as **** certifies the whole process from growing cotton to the finished product. **** Quinn doesn't have any certificate number, they are NOT listed on the **** website as being **** certified, & when I try to contact them in regards to this issue they continue to give me a run around & do not answer my questions directly. A lot of parents are purchasing from **** Quinn under the assumption that it is **** certified & the company is not. False *********************** to address my concerns have caused me to shop elsewhere for my organic clothes, as other organic clothing companies are able to provide the certificate number & able to provide more information about the source of their clothes & how they truly protect the ***************** employees from harm.
