    The employee named ***** did not follow instructions we aggreed upon before installing a privacy wall. Fence and gate When contacted to resolve th issus with a stuck gate latch he proceeded to question me about the water proof material I used and said it looked like I hadnt done so and 3 times I stated I did with ******* water sealer then he said he fixed the latch to the gate and its still stuck from one side and wont budge so I immediately contacted him to come back and I couldhear *** cussing beofre he hung up that he would turn around I also asked why he didnt follow instructions on how to place the privacy wall that is so far up against my sliding glass door it is going to affect the ability to replace the door . All in all a waste of time and alot of money and he is extremely rude.
