I am being billed for services/items that I did not order or receive. This entity appears to be affiliated with ******. The name is Launch Pad. So far it is indicating that my bank account will be charged five different payments for $14.77, $31.63, $31.64, $16.88 and $5.28 respectively. I did not make any of these purchases. My bank has not received any charges at this time.

**** ***** reached out to me and to my company, using high pressure tactics to secure a hotel booking, and insisted that I sign a DocuSign to book my company's hotel for a conference. The terms varied widely from those he represented on the phone. I later booked the rooms directly with the venue at a lower price.

DONT hire this ********** your research 1st and you will vastly change your ********** rip-off, fast talkers who are nothing more than salesman looking to take your bucks. Oh, on day 1 they will make it sound so great, work 10 hours a week and theyll set everything up to start making 5 to 6K a month to start. Will call you consistently for 3 days, but on day 4 you will never hear from them again..( 3 day Residual to cancel). It had been close to 3 months and I still didnt have a working site. I text/called several times to my salesman with no response from Feb 2-April 1. So I posted a review/complaint to the BBB and the very next morning my salesman reached out to say his 8 month pregnant wife and him was out of the country for a month on vacation ?? 8 months pregnant and you go to another country for a month? He had some high up employee call me and he said the reason I didnt have a working site is because I had a felony on my record. I didnt have as much as a speeding ticket on my record let alone a felony..he bullied me and threatened me and I shouldve stood my ground then. They had a female employee(*****) call me and she said she very much worked in a mans world as well, and if I would take my complaint down, she would personally take over my account and cover all the cost and get it up and running, because she had sold two successful online businesses for over 100k. She even texted me what to say to the BBB and to sign my name to it, which I did and here we are 8 months later and I still have not had one sale nor have I ever heard from her again either. More untruths. Its nothing like the spill they present you day 1. I do not have buyers remorse, I held up my end of the bargain and invested expecting them to do the same. if youre looking to make extra bucks, part-time at Amazon ****** because youll make a h*** of a lot more money than you will with them. BBB rating in was April D, today its an F. That should tell you everything you need to know.

First it starts out about like everyone else that has complained. They talk to you tell you it's a great opportunity then they send you to a credit specialist. This guy logs into your computer and goes to whatever site he can to get you free credit lines(Discover and Marriott Bonvoy brilliant cards)has you sign up as he guides you through it and once you get approved you talk to the "head vp" guy (*************************** for me) and he wheels and deals you telling you this is going to be so great for you. Then tells you a price and told me I couldn't read the contract because there were other people that were jumping at the opportunity. Well it was signed on a Friday 12/8/2023. I end up reading the contract over the weekend and you only have 3 business days to cancel. Called ******* who wouldn't answer all of Monday and Tuesday of course. I email ******** email trying to cancel and it bounces back. I look over the entire contract only finding one email so of course I send an email to cancel(**********************************). No one ever answered that email. ******* eventually gets back to me a week later and I told him I sent and email cancelling the contract to the email I had and him but his bounced back. I told him I wanted a refund. He was less than nice telling me that's not how a contract works and argued with me. He eventually stopped and tried to play it cool. Because of this conversation and ******* being rude to me I called Discover and told them there had been fraud on the card. A day later ******* texts my phone telling me my card has been refunded in its entirety and best of luck in my future endeavors. Because I called fraud and cancelled my card, Launchpad finds out and they dispute the charge and now discover will not let it go because they said I didn't dispute. This is a total scam trying to find people just to sign their contract so you can't get out of it!

They wanted $12,000 to build a website and my wife called to cancel and to receive a refund. My wife has called back and now they will not answer. We signed a contract on 01/15/2023. We only have three days to cancel this. I would like a refund in the amount of $12000.00.

i was looking for an online job so Launchpad Group llc contacted me total collected them after they called **************** to get me qualified for the amount they don't promise anything but boy do they make it sound good. they included a custom website tailored to the niche with up to 50 products listed for sale, domain name, custom logo, and assigned consultant.to assist with development emails phone support 1 on 1 intro with consultant consulting call weekly for 10 weeks social media graphics fb Instagram Pinterest QR code virtual business card 1 month free web hosting 6 months free drop shipping. but here is the thing all social media outlets are free to set up, the 10 weeks of training is a joke they don't go over much with you and i believe they put me on my own to soon so did not get the whole 10 weeks of BS training. then on 2/21/23, i received a phone call from Outlook consultants claiming that they were going to assist with boosting sales by supplying the grand opening ads promographic *** marketing package landing page video commercial product highlight video custom e-magazine press release digital you tub video ******* channel. ok so that's a list of what they were supposed to offer but what I discovered was I did not get the e-magazine the press release was never broadcasted over hundreds of social media outlets like they said they were going to do and they also didn't include the *** package on top of that they had a website attached to the back end of my site since I started it took 9 months to get that taken off and gain full access to the website to personalize it, this company is a fraud they attached spyware malware and trojans to coding on the site that I paid a lot for and I am unable to trust this site now. after receiving full access to my site I discovered all emails were not coming to me i had just gotten them on the 5th so I had lost out on sales leads and opportunities. please refer to the last entry I made for the zip folder

On 9-1-23 I received a call from ******* from My Tracking Biz re starting an online business. I explained numerous times that Im not computer literate, literally before I knew what had happened I was on the phone with **************** getting a credit card and starting an online business. I am an almost 70 yro retired woman with absolutely no internet experience. I'm on a fixed income and told the man on the phone exactly this. Every time I told him this which was repeatedly he went on to say that I would have someone building my online store and that someone would walk me thru everything. He went on to say that he was going to try and get me to this big wig ******* who by the way hardly ever spoke to anyone but he was going to talk with him about me because I was so absolutely hesistant about doing this. The cost of this was never brought up at this time. I was told that ******* agreed to speak with me which was highly unusual. When ******* got on the phone it was like I was speaking with a fatherly type of man. Knowing my issues he assured me that "if I didn't feel I could do this to let him know and we would, part friends". Little did I know that I would owe him $8000. Also this all happened so fast, they had access to my computer, sent me over contracts, called AMEX , called Chase, and other places to get more credit cards. This all happened within a matter of 1 hour. When I got off the phone I literally didn't know what hit me. While on the phone they also had me sign a contract which I thought I had 30 days to resend due to the extensive phone conversation with ******* regarding my hesitancy in doing this.. After saying this was something that I was not comfortable doing. I never really knew what I was suppose to do and I told numerous people exactly that. When I told them that they literally would not let me cancel. After numerous angry phone conversations where they threatened with there lawyers they offered me $4000 back. I cannot afford that also my credit has already been affected. They sent me a cancellation form refunding me $4000. I can't afford that either. I'm not sure at this point if I should contact a lawyer. I never had a chance to research this company but I think that's there tactic. Older people without knowledge of the internet. I feel like I have been physically abused. I'm sick my ** is sky high and in debt!

July 3rd I paid $5500.00 for help to set up retail website, I had no computer experience. They claimed they would train me, but the coach that was to instruct me said he would not do it, said I would have to go to a computer store. They also use that app ANYDESK to access your phone and computer and insisted on using passwords prior to any communication between their coaches and me. When I realized that the program was beyond my capabilities, I tried to opt out, but they refused, so I filed a dispute with my credit card **. The head of Launch Pad named **** was verbally abusive and told me if I retract the dispute I would get a refund, he connected me with the credit card ** with ANYDESK and listened while I retracted the dispute, then only refunded $1500.00. I have since restarted the dispute. I've had no more contact with Launch Pad. Also, they give you a very small window in which to ask for a refund, it was either 3 days or 5 days I can't recall, however that time runs out before the coaching begins so by the time you realize the program is not something you are capable of mastering it's to late to get your money back without enduring verbal abuse at the hands of ****. I would like to receive the remaining $4000.00 of my investment as the program was to difficult for me due to no computer experience. I also believe I was targeted because my wife had passed away just 3 months prior and I suspect they glean that information from public records for people who may be more vulnerable to making rash decisions

About May 26, 2023 I received a phone call from Launch Pad Group, LLC from *******, ********** who told me they would build a website for me that would make between $8,000 and $12,000 a month.Im 79 and need to retire, so I listened to their spiel. The man wanted to check my credit so I let him look at my Experian account, and my FICO was over 800. I also had about $40,000 of credit available. He pressured me into letting him charge $10,000 from the first bank, then pressured me into charging $6,000 on another bank, then said they needed another $16,500 on another bank and suddenly I was conned into charging $32,500 on my credit cards for them to build a website. My FICO score also went down ******************************************************************************* and he said the site would produce enough income starting in June to pay any credit card bills.I was scared and felt used by the whole thing as a gullible senior, but I didnt know what to do and felt trapped. Its now August and the site has never made one sale or produced one ***** of income, and I have been getting the credit card bills of about $600+ a month, and dont have enough money to pay them.I have since found out that the company goes by several names including ****************************************** and PurGroup.I have filed charge disputes with my three banks, and they are in the process of reversing the charges and recovering the funds. I have also filed a Police Report with the ********* Police Department.for fraud and senior elder financial abuse.

    Business Response

    Hello,
Please see the attached response for complaint # ********

    Customer Answer

    Date: 09/14/2023

    Complaint: 20475248

I am rejecting this response because I was subjected to intense pressure by the sales representative, *********************, who overwhelmed me with his words and bullied me into agreeing to his sales pitch. No matter what the lawyer or the company says, I was manipulated into going along with their high-pressure scheme to get me to agree with their expensive program.

Of course, they set it up so that a person would be recorded saying what they wanted them to say to make it appear that that they were totally in the clear and the client was voluntarily agreeing to everything. The truth is, there was a heavy undercurrent of fear to make a client feel like that they had to go along with the wording and agreements or mess the deal up. I was afraid to disagree with their recorded statements with that aura of bullying and fear.

I reiterated over and over again to ************** that I did not want to endanger my credit rating in any way, and especially did no want to do anything that would cause me to participate in a program that would not produce sufficient income and do it quickly enough to pay any bills that would come in. He assured me that the program would produce sufficient income to pay the credit cards before they came due. He misled me with that and after I reluctantly allowed him to pressure me into borrowing an  obscene  amount of money, over $30,000, for their program, sure enough, the  bills started coming in by the hundreds of dollars but their program didn't produce one single sale.

Realizing that their program was a high-pressure scheme to get people to invest money they could not afford to lose, and feeling highly taken advantage of, I told the three banks he pressured me into borrowing the money from that I was disputing the charges and they agreed and pulled the money back into my credit accounts.

Because of their tactics, I went from owing less than $5,000 in the world and having a credit score over 800 to suddenly owing over $35000 and now having a credit score of just over 700..The program was a total failure and ********************* left me a voice mail in which he stated that the company had failed me and did not do what they said they would do. As a result of this whole fiasco, I have had to fight depression, fear, facing potential financial ruin because of their high pressure sales techniques and bullying me, a senior 79 years old into signing up with their empty program.

I believe I have been a victim of elder financial abuse by a dishonest company. If they are honest and fair, they will relieve me from any and all signed agreements and allow any and all funds that I mistakenly allowed to be borrowed and placed into their non-performing money-making scheme.to be returned and restored to my banks.

     Sincerely,

    *******************
