              Contract to install new roof with 30 year architectural shingle- cash weathered wood Landmark Contract dated 5/04/2022 Roof was started May 24th and completed the 26th of May.Since their completion of work I have notified them 3 times over serious roofing issues. The first was end of May after 2 heavy rain storms where my roof in garage showed water on ceiling. ****** sent out two men who claimed all was well. I wasn't happy but told them I would watch that area and report any further damage which now appeared in January 2023.I took photos and texted ******, 3 days later he has not replied back. I sent photos by text, e mailed office and left phone messages. No one responds. I also have a 10 year warranty. This has not been only issue. In July of 2022 not even 2 months after roof installed my neighbor reported a squirrel going under and disappearing. I called ****** and again no reply other than we are not responsible for squirrels. Well around 1st of August 2022 I could hear it inside walls.Called, texted, e mailed and no response. Hired IBEX Roofing who came out and replaced ********, added missing flashing which gave squirrel entry. Faulty workmanship by All County who does not respond to concerns. It was early October 2022 after leaving photos and comments on Nextdoor did ****** e mail me claiming responsibility and saying they would be out.I said fine but I waited 3 months and had to pay IBEX to correct the flashing issue. They promised they would be more vigilant including ******************* whose dad owns the company in addressing any and all concerns. Unfortunately that is not the case since no one including *** has responded to the water now getting in to the garage ceiling area. I just want my money back so I can have a reputable company do the job properly. This has been stressful. I am the original homeowner of 32 years and have never had a squirrel or leak before they installed this roof.I want a full refund.

              This company installed a new roof on my home in May of 2022. Finished mid May. Removed two existing roofs.Noticed water damage on ceiling in garage a few weeks later. Two workers came out who could not find problems. It was after 2 heavy downpours and since then really no rain to speak of. Then in early July my neighbors reported to me seeing a squirrel go up and disappear under gutter area on roof. I immediately notified *************************** with All County Roofing who stated he was on his way to Salem and no workers available. Then in early August I heard the squirrel in the walls.Again ****** nor anyone from All County would respond to my phone calls, text messages etc.I had to HIRE IBEX Roofing to come out to inspect. All County Roofing had not installed flashing on either side so this is how squirrel got in. After giving them over two months to respond I finally gave them a one star reviewed on ****** and posted photos and complaint regarding them on Nextdoor. ****** replied to the ****** review immediately saying he was not responsible for a squirrel. It was a week later he finally agreed to send someone out and admitted it was their fault. I told him that was fine to send someone out however after waiting almost 3 months for you to reply to my concerns I hired IBEX roofing to install missing flashing and shingles where necessary paying them $579.34. ****** agreed to reimburse me which they have. I told Then the soffit area was full of nesting material that needs to be cleaned out also. *******************, owners son drove up a few weeks ago and agreed to have Lifetime Remodeling, the company who installed my siding remove the soffits to clean out the nesting material. He also agreed to cover the cost since this was all due to their mistake in not installing flashing. Lifetime came yesterday along with one of their workers however as ******************* promised he sent no shingles as he promised and worker left and no one responded to calls. Can't trust them
