      I had hydraulic fluid leaking one night and my clutch pretty much went out. I took my car to a shop and I was told one of the Bolts had been torqued too much and that resulted in needing a whole new transmission. The dealership I bought it from told me I have gone over my ****** mile warranty and they can do anything even though it was their mechanic the screwed before I even got the car. I havent had the car for even a year. I shouldnt have to pay a dime for something that was damaged before I bought the vehicle.

      To Whom it may concern,
              On or about 11/15/2022 I was contacted by a customer, *******************. He informed me that his car had broken down in ****** and requested that we pay for the repair since he had just purchased it from us a few weeks ago.  He had told me that a bolt had fallen out inside the transmission and caused catastrophic damage to the transmission housing. I asked him to send photos so I could clearly understand what he is talking about. And he did so. I also looked at the records of repairs that we performed here at this dealership to assess responsibility.
      After investigating and examining the photos.  I learned that the bolt that had fallen out had nothing to do with the repair performed at this shop. I explained to ****** that we did in fact replaced the clutch and pressure plate; it was discovered by ******* ********** that the throw out bearing bolt had fallen out. We didnt touch the throw out bearing. there were multiple calls between the extended service contract company and myself as well as the customer and ******* VW. I am still in contact with his extended warranty company seeing if they will cover this repair.

      Had my oil changed at Burien Chevrolet 3/2/22. Today, driving down the road, the sun hit me just right. I looked up and realized they CUT MY TINT and didn't bother to say a **** thing. The entire windshield has to be retinted now. Who the h*** does something like this and then SAYS NOTHING?! It will cost a few hundred to fix (Called and spoke with **** and Asst ******* ******* in the service department...after hanging up the phone on my husband the next tactic was deny deny deny....what a joke) Needless to say, I'm ******.Evidently I'm also due the day the oil was changed and I have 0 miles on my car ????????????

      On 3/11/22 said vehicle was brought to our shop for front end repairs due to a collision, and an oil change was due at that time. 
      Customer agreed to have the oil changed. 
      While in our shop, we performed an inspection for the front end damage, and it was noted that the radiator was leaking and we were instructed to replace the radiator. 
      The customer called back two weeks later and had stated that we cut her window tint where the oil change sticker was at. 
      I spoke to the tech that worked on this car, who is a 30 year senior tech at this dealership. He stated that he used his bare hands to remove the old sticker, we use static cling stickers that require no tools or knives to remove. 
      Mrs Sheltons husband called the dealership, and was belligerent with the cashier. After asking him to not be verbally abusive twice,the call was terminated.  He called and got my voice mail, left me his number, I called him twice to ask him to bring the vehicle back for inspection, My calls were not returned.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      Burien Chevrolet employees were the ONLY other occupants in my car other than myself. Previous oil changes were performed while I remained in the vehicle. While I did report the incident to them 2 weeks later it was only because it was at that time I noticed they had CUT my tint in order to place a pointless oil sticker which has no relevant information on it ie due date/oil used or mileage yet they vandalized my vehicle to adhere it. The sun came through my window at just the right angle drawing my eyes upward to the left corner of my window. I immediately contacted the dealership. In the photos, it is quite obvious what took place. There are no received calls from Burien Chevrolet and they never attempted to contact me, the owner, NOT my husband, despite multiple messages left. ****** is a liar and this dealership has a particularly poor reputation in it's service department as evidenced by ******** and Yelp reviews as well as comments on our local Burien community site citing which businesses are great and those who have poor business practices, like Burien Chevrolet. They are well known for not taking responsibility for their actions. They may be relying on plausible deniability yet, what other plausible explanation would remain being that there have been no other occupants in my vehicle before or after and the vandalism occurred within the precise location of a replacement sticker and the specific time frame of their having conducted service on my vehicle?

      Due to the hostility, deceitfulness and overall volatility of Burien Chevrolet and it's employees, I do not feel it is necessary to return with my vehicle so they can perform an "inspection" of the very destruction they perpetrated. That's like asking a criminal to investigate their own crime. It stands to reason, should I take my vehicle in, that they would continue to double down on their denial of the vandalism to my vehicle. I only want reparations to the damage they caused while my vehicle was in their inept care. I have provided photos and attempted to attach more on three attempts but, my response wouldn't process. I'm happy to send more if needed. My hope in reaching out to BBB is that you mediate the issue as an unbiased third party. Burien Chevrolet bad a history of malpractice (with several BBB claims this year alone) which speaks to their integrity and reputation. Returning for them to inspect a 3x3 inch area seems unnecessary and would only add insult to injury. Unfortunately, the area can not be patched and will require a complete removal and reapplication of the front window tint to return it to it's original state prior to the vandalism incurred by Burien Chevrolet
