I went here with my daughter on 7/13 (Saturday) mid morning (10am) There was myself, my daughter and one other person in there at the time. While I was sitting there getting my nails done, he was ******* so fast, he was burning my nails. When I would move to visibly show that it was hurting, he told me "I don't have time for you to keep moving" despite that it was burning. In the middle of doing my nails, another customer came in for a pedicure. He literally stopped doing my nails, and put me on hold to go and do the pedicure that came in AFTER us. And I don't mean just starting the water and then coming back. No, he full on sat there and did their pedicure while I'm still sitting there with my nails not even halfway done. Another gal had came in and after waiting 2 hours, said she needed to leave because she couldn't wait any longer. By Monday 7/15, my nail was starting to chip. I had gone in after work to try and get it fixed because it was snagging on everything. The lady working told me to come in tomorrow (7/16) between 9-11. When I got home, I found out that my teenagers nails were already coming off. She was putting clothes in the washer, doing an every day task and it literally popped off. Later last night, she was eating a popsicle and another popped off. There should be NO reason either instance should of happened. Today 7/16 we went to go and have them fix our nails thinking theyd do the right thing and correct their issues. But noooo! They wanted me to pay an addition $7 per nail to fix. And then basically blamed us telling us it was our fault our nails came off/chipped. Excuse me, but quality work wouldn't come off within 72 hours of getting them. The guy proceeded to yell and me and be disrespectful. We didn't even bother having them fix them because I'm not paying again. He even had the audacity to FOLLOW us outside SCREAMING at me. A good business owner would have understood and addressed the issue. At this point, a refund is warranted
