I have called this company and asked to be taken off their USPS (physical) mail list, but they ignore me and keep sending me advertisements in the mail. I want them to remove our family and mailing address from their systems and place us on a Do Not Contact (DNC) list for physical USPS mail, email, and any other marketing they might have.

We keep getting solicitations from Fisher Investments Daily. They always say they are calling on behalf of Andrew B*****. We have repeatedly told them that we aren't interested..... Yet they still call. It is really annoying and spammy. The fact that they call daily and ask for our CEO disrupts are business flow. I just want them to go away.

      Dear Ms. *****,

We are following up on your 8/24 complaint (#********) to the Better Business Bureau.  We sincerely apologize for any disruption our relatively few calls may have caused, although we did not contact you daily as indicated in your complaint. We were trying to re-connect with a member of your management team to see if we could help with your company’s retirement plan.  As detailed in the email you received on 8/25 regarding your complaint, we have added your company contact information to our suppression list and you will not be receiving any further calls.  Again, we apologize.

      Sincerely, Fisher Investments.

A few months back I indicated some interest in working with a personal financial planner. Even though I did not contact Fisher directly, they were referred to me based on a response I made to an online inquiry about financial planning. Fisher Investment contacted me. I had one short phone call with them and they also sent me some information about their organization. I made the decision to contract with another planning organization and let Fisher know that I was no longer interested in working with them. SInce then, Fisher has continued to call me numerous times and I have notified them by text that I no longer need to pursue a plan with their company. They continued to call me. I warned them if they did not discontinue trying to contact me that I would lodge a complaint with the BBB. Well that was a few weeks ago and lo and behold, today I get another call from Fisher. Can you please intercede on my behalf to have them stop contacting me? It has now reached to point of harassment.

This is in response to the consumer complaint (#********) submitted to the BBB.  The complainant indicated he was contacted by our representative despite sending a text message that he was no longer interested in our services.  We cannot receive text messages to our corporate phone numbers, as they are not set up for text messages and therefore we did not receive his request.  We apologize for the inconvenience.  We comply with all federal and state Do Not Call laws and take our obligations seriously.  Likewise, our strict policies require us to cease all communications with individuals when we receive their request.  We have now updated our systems to record the complainant’s request and all further contact from us will be stopped.  Again, we apologize for any inconvenience.  Sincerely, Fisher Investments.
