    MDK Construction and I have a contract for them to perform cement flat work at my home. In the contract they stated they would provide and install vents required for the job. After several attempts to inform them the site was ready for the vents, I purchased and installed them at my own cost. Now that the job is done, they are refusing to cover the cost of the vents and labor. The labor calculation was based upon the contract stating the labor cost for a ********* at $70 per our. with the time needed to install the vents at 1.5 hours each totaling $945.00. The total cost of the vents were $1371.28. That would bring the total to $2316.28. The amount they offered in their invoice was only $256, which doesn't cover the cost of the vents. I would like to get my costs covered. What can I do?I attempted to upload the contract, however it is too large.
