    On June 9th, 2023 Elite Concrete Construction poured and created a design with colored concrete at our new home. The final process was to seal the driveway. We shared we wanted to hold partial payment until the sealing was completed. The owner, ****, shared that we could count on him to complete the work in good faith, so we gave him full payment of $30,234 for the new driveway. So we paid in full that day for the completed job, even though there were more steps in the process. It has since been three months since that discussion and the driveway hasnt been sealed properly and the integrity of the concrete is starting to become compromised. **** reached out to the owner dozens of times with texts, voicemails and he never responds. Weve shared dates that well be away from the house so that the driveway can cure and be more viable to the process. Wed like this completed, as our house renovations are getting completed this month, and this one remaining item is still outstanding without any action from this company. The street also needs to have some asphalt patched where they dug out for the driveway. This process cant be undertaken until the driveway is finished. Were hoping the BBB can help facilitate and implore this company to complete our work.
