    On August 6th my daughter and I purchased a used vehicle under the impression that it runs great and only had one owner. The car only had ****** miles on it. Within the first 19 days of purchase the car was in shop twice. The car has been there since August 25th and still is not fixed and have no idea when it will be fixed. I have been given the run around and made to feel they are going out of their way for me and my daughter but dismiss my concerns. We have our first payment due in a matter of days and do not have possession of the vehicle or is the vehicle in working condition. They sold a bad used car.

    To Whom It May **************** have addressed ***************** concerns regarding the used vehicle she purchased from us. The vehicle indeed was in our shop, as we were trying to remedy the concern. During the process we provided a rental vehicle and never charged for any repairs made.  ************* since has opted to trade the vehicle in for a new one. She no longer owns the used car. Please let me know if there is any additional information needed on our part.
