Purchased a used vehicle in October 2022, was assured of inspection and maintenance prior to vehicle purchase, including recent transmission flush. Paperwork was presented to support this claim, however during routine oil change, it was revealed that the vehicle had never received transmission maintenance in over ******* miles, there are loose and missing bolts from the front control arm, causing risk for injury to any passengers should the control come detached.

I went in to Town Toyota on 10/03/2023 to look at possible options for a truck purchase. I was met by a salesman named ***** and discussed different options. I had found a certain color and model that I wanted so we began discussing what that would take to get the vehicle as soon as possible, we discussed doing a dealer trade to get said vehicle sooner, but that I would have to put down a deposit of $1,000 on the vehicle so that if I walked away, they weren't left high and dry for their efforts which I later found out was a blatant lie. So I put a deposit down on a 2023 Tacoma Sport in Lunar Rock with attachments that include a blackout package, bed lighting kit, all weather mats with a model number specific to that vehicle which was 7566E. I began waiting for delivery of the vehicle which I was quoted a month, around two weeks I received a call with a date for delivery on either 11/06 or 11/07/2023 so I wait and call on the 7th to which I am told that there is no vehicle and suddenly no delivery date. I end up waiting 3 times the initial time I was quoted and lied to about why the vehicle delivery was delayed stating that they had to fix the bumper, a quick purchase of a Carfax determined that the statement was yet another lie. I look over messages from Blaze with screenshots of supposed delivery dates and notice that the model number had changed to 7566G and any screen shots sent after that were shifted so you couldn't read most of the information. I didn't think much of it until I received my vehicle and after a couple days noticed that the blackout package was missing from my vehicle. When I went back to speak with a manager, they confirmed that they did in fact sell my vehicle that I had put a deposit down on and told me they weren't giving me the blackout package that I had put a deposit down on. I realize there is nothing that can be done about the lies and the time I waited, but I did put a deposit down on a vehicle WITH a blackout package, not without.

Dishonest sales managers.I went in to buy a car on Saturday night but needed my business partner to sign off on the purchase. They had no way to take a digital signature so I agreed to come back in first thing Monday morning despite the fact that I had work and my kids with me. I was told I couldn't come back on Tuesday and that it needed to be Monday, even though I had work and my kids. So I brought the kids in on Monday morning at 8am and ********************* reneged on the price that was agreed upon.Additionally, while they "waited to talk with the ** to see if they could honor the deal they already made" they tried to get me to fill out a credit application which would have affected credit score, in what I assume is an attempt to get us further locked in on a purchase that they were dishonestly messing with the price on.Later that afternoon I went back to talk with the ** who accused me of lying and said that he's a business man and can't sell the car to me for the agreed upon price because he could sell it to someone else for more.
