    is this company still in business?...the only time I ordered from them was a couple of years ago and I received my order fairly quickly...now their website is basically blank...I can only give one star based on their current performance

    Do not purchase from Badger Mountain Supply. They happily took my money last October, never delivered my order and then went completely silent (except the automated responses everyone send to get) when I tried to reach out to correct the situation. As others have stated, your money is as good as gone if you send it to them. Save yourself the hassle and support your local gun store instead.

    I placed the order on 16 October 2021, I requested an update in January 2022, May 2022, July 2022. I received an individualized response from "a staffer" in January 2022. All others have been automated responses. No phone number to dial. I have requested a refund. More and more this company looks like it is scamming customers and requires an inspection from regulated agencies. It is companies like this that give the industry a bad name and impact sportsmen and companies in the industry.

    Well it's been over 4 months since I placed my order. I get the same auto response each and everytime I try to email these guys to see what's up with my order. I placed an on Mar 8, 2022. I'd love to get my money back at this point.

    I ordered two magazines for my **** on October 31, 2021 from Badger Mountain Supply. In December 2021 I sent them an email regarding the order status. I received an automated reply followed by a personal reply from ****** explaining that supply chain problems were to blame. I contacted them again May 3, 2022 and got an automated reply. My most recent email to them was this morning, May 30, 2022. I got the automated reply and nothing else. This place is a scam.

    Id give zero stars if possible. This is place 100% a scam. They give you excuses and state they are working 18 hours a day 6 days a week. Blame everything on shippers and Covid. They keep you going long enough with replying to your emails so then enough time goes by that your credit card company wont dispute the charge because of the time since initial charge.

    They scammed me out of my money. They took an order, never sent it to me and now have stopped responding and will not refund my amount.

    Placed an order end of 2021 and just got excuses of why they couldnt ship. They emailed excuse after excuse of why they couldnt ship and when I asked for a refund they had more excuses but never gave the refund. Its sad that they can continue to do business like this, stealing money from people over and over. Do not do business with them. They drag it out so you cant dispute the claim. If you have recently ordered from them file a claim with your bank or credit card company so they can go after them.
