    I had service completed on my sold condo 4 years ago. The service was completed to my satisfaction. My complaint is a failure to comply with my request to be removed from their blind solicitation offers. They dial my phone without a ring and leave a voicemail solicitation. I have now contacted them three times to remove me from their blind solicitations. The last time I was told I was definitely removed, but I received another blind solicitation today. I would never ever recommend Meridian ChemDry to anyone I know due to their business practices. Im filing a complaint with the hope that a representative from their company will finally comply with my request. I am also going to seek legal advise as to actions I may take to get a cease and desist order against them.

    We are so sorry that your number did not get removed from our list. We normally are very diligent about this, and it sounds like a ball got dropped.  I have personally removed the number and have deactivated the old condo account.  Thank you.
