      You would think a company that tells me that has experience with trust companies, then they ignore all the rules of the trust. I educated Accolade over and over that the trust requires for the rent funds to be send to the trust. Ignored. Also, an estimate of the repairs should be send to the trust. Ignored. Slow or never replied to emails or phone calls. Neither the trust nor I saw a ***** of that money. All the funds earned were used for repairs and fees. The lease clearly says that the trust owns the property. Their excuse was the trust was difficult to deal with. A complete alibi. All they had to do was to send the rent funds to the trust and send an estimate of the repairs to the trust. Very simple process. Accolade put me under an incredible amount of stress. They ignored all the instructions. At the end, after i found a new property management. they sent everything to my trust company. My guess is they were trying to cover themselves for something they should have done since the beginning. .
